Hopefully these will use a 7750 movement. Those old 40mm PAMs that have the 7750 movements are something I have been looking for. Hope fully they get everything close to being right. I would love a 40mm.
Too bad they dont rep the 244, that is an awesome watch.

Stop it, dont even think that thought.

LOL! Turn the oven on 350 and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Thats too bad. Apparently he was involved in some type of plane accident the day before and was not feeling well afterwards.
I will miss his TV pitches.

Great Review! Very informative, thanks for taking the time.

I just ordered a Bergie suit. He is great to deal with, check out his sales section. All of his suits are up there.

Go buy a set of used clubs.

Looks good, I see what you are talking about though. You might contact Vac as he modded my CG so it sits flush on the case. I think it cost me around $40 for the mod.
-
The bezel is polished stainless but the cg is not, so I will remove it before attempting.
Is the 111h supposed to be single sided though?
-
She told me you had a small [censored].
Is that really necessary? Especially on a somewhat sensitive subject? I realize its in jest but really?!

I had a project completed by Vac recently and sent my crystal to Cheif for his great AR service. My question is what type of AR coating comes on the Gen, single?
I have looked around and read many threads but there was some confusion as to opinions on this, some said single some said none and others said double????
Also, if it the gen does in fact come with single sided AR and I want to remove it what is the best non dremmel (I do not own one) method to remove it? Cape Cod?
Thanks,
Mike

Interesting to know that so many phrases were coined from life in the 1500's.
Great write up, thanks for sharing.

I got lucky Narikaa was in Thailand for only a few more days, so my timing was perfect. Sent payment and already received a shipping confirm from him.
Can't wait to see what it looks like. I am sure I will be very happy with the purchse.

After spending time reading through these threads I have decided to buy one of the Orange Bezel PO's from Narikaa. This seems like an awesome value and this thread sold me. For a $100 it seems you can't go wrong.

Looks good and you got it for a great price.

Wow, I have debated getting this watch over and over again, its so classy. You did a great job, it looks amazing.

Well I finally received my Panerai back from Vac. I have to thank him he did an awesome job with all the mods that were done. Also, thanks to chief for his amazing AR work.
After several months of waiting here is my new watch. I do have to say the anticipation to receive projects like this is almost unbearable, but it is well worth the wait.
Panerai 111h:
Swiss Dagger Swan Neck
Cannon Pin Fix
DSN Dial
Chief AR
Super Lume
CG Mod
New CG
Movement fully serviced
And of course the pictures, happy viewing.

Looks like it needs servicing, send it my way.

Welcome to the board, another Chicago member!
Great weather for opening day yesterday huh?!

I didn't actually know J does this kind of work. I have a watch with him now getting a ton of work done. I will defiantly shoot him an email.
Thanks again The Zigmeister.

Ok, thanks for the replys Andreww and The Zigmeister. I will try and hunt down an honest watchsmith from repgeek, I have heard good things about speedy and he is close to me.
I will post the diagnoses and fix once I find out more.
Thanks again,
Mike

Andreww I thought of that too but who am I to question The Zigmeister!
That is correct though, the subdial does not move no matter how long the chrono actually runs. To me it sounds like there is something wrong with the mechanism/gears for that subdial.
Before I take it to a watchmaker I want to have an idea of what the problem is so I know if the guy is being truthful with me about how extensive the repair is going to be. I do not have a go to watchmaker that I have complete confidence and trust in.
