hopefully the one consolation will be function over form. Since I am a big believer in this it might work out but the OCD is a powerful mistress!

Purely situational. I own mostly chronos (actually use the complication daily). I'll wear my armitron or X-33 for an interview or for events where I dont want the watches reputation to overshadow me. I wear my X-33 80% of the time since for me it is the ultimate tool watch and alternate when the mood hits me.

I might just give switching the bracelet side and moving the clasp. Reversing just the clasp would drive me nuts opening and closing it backwards. Damn OCD.

Unfortunately I have removed all the links on both sides and the watch head always sits towards the outside (away from me) of my wrist. when my wrist swells for the summer it would sit right I think. I guess ill observe and fiddle for a spell. Knowing I can cut a link slipped my mind. Ill look and see how it would affect the taper. Thanks gents!

I guess its a money thing? I would buy rep clothes (talking dress stuff). As far as jerseys try ebay. Plus there are a lot of sites selling rep jerseys. Just dont buy from eastern europe, or mideast. Fowl stuff.

My friend I am in the same boat and i agree with you. Had a norikka PO last for 1.5 yrs and sold it. Out of my 5 other reps (1 is brand new) only my IWC is still running (1.5 yrs). I have researched this ad nauseum and came to this conclusion: I now factor in a service in all my purchases: $125 for non chrono and $225 for a chrono. As stated previous mosy movts are bone dry and do require a service.
