You're right about the hands... however, there seem to be pieces with the same kind of hands also, which is good news!!! The lume does go a bit further to the base though. Look at these pics:

Yes there are models out there which have fully lumed dials as well. However, there are (I am almost 100% certain) no high-end brands which fully lume a dial. Maybe some other members can tell?

Hi there, I have noticed that my recently acquired Tag Heuer Link Chrono with the new Asian 7750 @ 28.000bph runs a bit too slow: in 24 hours it loses around 1 to 3 minutes, this depends on how much I wear it and wind it before use. Is this abnormal?

I asked pabra if the dome shaped crystal is also used in the gen. His answer is: I believe that it should be according to this - Domed glass (Luminor 1950 47mm, Marina Militare Destro and 8 Days, Radiomir 1936 47mm). the 1936 is the 232. This would be due to the size increase and aestethics. The cali is however the only one I have gotten good 180 degrees sidepics on. The cali crystal looks like a fiddy with the top 'extended' ... so it is not as domed as the fiddy and thus goes into another category probably.

Any hints on how to handle the crown to prevent any possible problems? I read the phrase "be careful" while "spring loaded", but that does not really help me out. Is there no etiquette on how to handle the mechanism? How often, when and how should I wind it?

If this particular problem arises, is it possible to fix it myself or do I need to send it to The Zigmeister for example? Should I ask Davidsen to send me 2 more crowns?
