Iam talking out of my ass Am i you should read all your posts and your posts over on WM9 forum and re evaluate your response. You ordered this model for the solid 18crt gold links and bezel full stop. George was not offering the VIP model when you ordered yours. 2 days later after you ordered, the VIP model came up for offer, you cryed like a baby on the forums over there saying this is the model you wanted but didnot want to pay the extra $100 for it. The model you recived has the gold plated endlinks, it is the older model as i said before. George changed the braclet on the two tones about 4 months ago and now they all come with solid endlinks. before that they came with gold plated endlinks because the braclets were not available in solid endlinks 18crt gold. So he is probaby correct in saying they sent you the wrong watch as this watch has not been available for more than 4 months. They fit a thicker crystal of higer quality. The crown tube has the O ring like an original on the inside , where the crown tube screws into the case, no other rep offers this i have pulled them all apart to see, as this is where a watch will leak water under pressure. George watches offer water resistance to 200m, donot beleve me get yours pressure tested and see. The BAnd, bezel, crown are all solid gold. These are made and serviced in a small private workshop in Tiawan, not mass produced in China where QC is well non exhistant. These and other minor points are why these watches are better thus the price. BUt still if your not happy get your money back as George has offered you a full refund. send the wrong watch back and get your correct model. Or get a inferior model in 14 crt gold from one of the dealers here. As people have tried to point you in the right direction from the forums here telling you there is no good twotone rep offered, all have flaws that are incorrect to the original. Also this is typical Newbie purchase as this is the attitude you have displayed In youposts here and on the WM9 forum. As i said earlier stop crying like a [censored] take your skirt off and see how much of a man you are and put the dollars down for a Gen model thats if you can afford too. Who has the best Sub ?? your Offical Rolex dealer thats who, if not settle for your asian made copies. There are some cheap ones around for a couple hundred $$ that kind of look like the original from a distance and will impress passes by. especially that butt ugly blue two tone that screams Fake. I just looked at the pictures you posted, you got the old model there, not the new model, yes the old model has plated end links just as described on WM9 website, so you got what you paid for, but you do know that that watch has solid gold links and a solid gold BEZEL and crown don't you, what dealer offers this NONE. Only the new VIP model has solid endlinks and the new updated dial, but thats right George is sending you out this $679 replacement isn't he. see you bought the old model and were not happy with it, knowing full well what you were buying.

If you could have got the same watch from another dealer for less why didn't you??? You also posted on the Wm9 forum about this watch and 2 days later when WM9 was offering the VIP you jumped up and down saying thats the watch i wanted, thats the watch i wanted, gee's You care about these things because you cannot aford the real deal, you want to walk around with your rep so everyone can see your imposter rolex thinking its real. Documented proof gees mate your asking alot you sound real finiky you want the exact copy of the real item, YES let me inform you it does not exsist for $600, Presious time is only 14crt Gold and thats incorect wrong colour by a mile. I donot understand what the big deal is do you know gold wholesale to a jeweler is $6 a gram, that makes about $100 of gold on your two tone. What qualifications do you have to make an asumption that you donot think its 18crt gold?? your guess?? If you donot beleve me get yours melted down and tested. Iam sure you have a spare link after resizing. And if your still not happy go and spend $8000 for a real one. You Got a fairly close rep with real 18crt gold for $600 the authentic watch goes for about $8000, do the maths, plus not to mention its a illegal item. Looks like George appoligised and is willing to rectify the situation. Also mate my friend owns the original two tone, he does not care less about letter spacing, dial markers, he didnot even know it has a crown etched at the 6"position, he bought it because it was a rolex and liked the two tone. most people who own real rolexes do not know about the finer details that people here on the rep forums [censored] about. [censored] [censored] [censored], my rehault is not deep enough, my minute hand is too short, the M does not line up, the swiss made is to the left, for F_ck sake, go and buy a skirt. David, i have the same watch only the black/gold one. Mate this is a good rep i do not know what your referring to saying that it is [censored]. Buy some others and then compair yours. Does this one feel nice and heavy and solid?? My brother is a watchmaker and a jeweler, we disasembled this watch and tested it. It has a solid 18crt gold braclet, solit 18crt gold bezel, solid rose gold crown, it is not gold wraped, we melted down one of the links, SOLID GOLD, this it why you paid $600. All other WM9 ss watches are priced the same as the dealers here, if not arn't trusty and josh selling subs for $400, just because they are made waterproof and serviced. If your not happy send it back you know George will give you a full refund.

Hi Mahler, the pictures you posted from WM9 site are excatly the same as my watch they are alot better than i could ever take it is the same watch. Forgot to add the polish finish is better on Wm9. Yes i think these are what you guys call TW best. eddie

YEs mate my Brother is a jeweler, we melted down one link and its is 18 crt, we took of the bezel and did a chemical test deep scratches under bezel, tested for 18Crt. The crown is 18crt rose gold, because Rose gold is harder than yellow gold and the yellow gold 18 Crt crowns thread easilly, that why he supplys them with rose gold crown, Remember Solid gold is cheap its only $8 a gram wholesale to a jeweler, so total cost of gold on a TT sub wholesale is around $100. Here is an honest comparison. The crystal on the Wm9 sub is thicker, the rehault is deeper, the font on the date wheel is thicker, the clasp on the braclet is thicker the bezel has a nice and tight click, seals on crystal, back case, crown , outer crown tube and inner crown tube( pressure tested 200m ). Weight 139 grams. Rwc Dealers, thinner crystal, shallower rehault, date font thinner, clasp on braclet is very thin, bezel feels week like the spring is week soft click, looser, Seals on crystal, back case, crown , outer crown tube, not on inner crown tube, ( water proof tested only during surfing and it didnot leak) because there is no o ring on the inner crown tube it would probably pass to 50 m if pressure tested. Weight 129 grams. Both watches have the same amount of links on them. The TT from WM9 is probally heavier because of the solid gold bezel. Dial on both watches are excellent even under a loup. Dealers watch $200 is good quality for the money. Wm9 watch $562 Excellent quality. Both watches are good they both have minor flaws but i donot worry about that as they are reps, Iam not fussed, Iam after watches that are good quality and 99% resemble the real thing, which both do. But The wm9 watch feels like a original, i have compaired it to one in an AD. hope this helps. Also Wm9 comes with 12 month warrenty and serviced movement. Eddie

Its a different George, i have order from Watchmaker9 before and his subs are nice, I also have a sub from one of the dealers here, and i can honestly say they are not in the same ball park reference to Quality. Need to hold and feel both watches in HAnd to compair instead of looking at pictures. Eddie

NIce looking watch, the jap OS20 quartz movement is actually a citizen movement which would make this a extremley reliable movement which needs no servicing, just battery changes. Ed

Hi Mate no they donot, i have noticed they update their models every few months or so, and previous models are no longer available, and no vintage rollies, But they do custom orders for particular models, i think it depends on availability of parts( dials cases ect ), best thing to do would be to give George and email his address is on the site, i found him to be extremly polite and proffessional and answers all my questions i put to him. Normally you get a respone within 24hours. ed
