  1. It's been out a few years now, and is not hard to find. Look at any of the Forum-trusted watch dealers ... they have their own section here on the Forum .. Here's one. Click this Since it looks like you completely new, you will probably wonder why there is such a variable price on these watches. Some are mechanical, and some are Quartz (battery powered). I'd suggest reading the newbie guides available here on these Forums.
  2. My guess is the original owner was "swabbing his poop deck" after being told what his "old watch" was really going to sell for.
  3. Hands are too short, clasp engraving is incorrect, possibly incorrect PLANET OCEAN caps on the case-back.
  4. Niagara Falls by night, from my hotel room window.
  5. The clone Rolex movements are less than 1 year old, and still have design issues. If you want a Rolex clone movement, wait for updates to the design, which fix the issues.
  6. No intentions to create more of these and sell them? Noooo!
  7. That is a real eta movement from what I can tell in your photo. Not Asia 21j, and probably not a Clone. congrats on fixing it yourself.
  8. The Zigmeister offers DLC service as well. (unless I'm mistaken)
  9. This is a current Noobfactory SSD pic .. any improvements over the older Cartel pics? Rehaut a little wokky maybe? Altho that could be an optical illusion .. look at it at 6 o'clock .. a lot less angled than 12 o'clock appears.
  10. You are lucky I read almost everything posted to this board ... LOL !! On a completely un-related enquiry, I noticed that Cousins UK parts store sells replacement Cartier crowns and crystals. Click here for Joy TAH DAH!
  11. A member here located gen 45.5mm casebacks on Ofrei within the last 4 days, and was asking if they fit. He's buying one to check it out. Hopefully there are 42mm spares available out there as well. If Omega sells 45.5 spares .... why not 42?!
  12. He'll make it right, Im sure. He's a good guy.

The watchmakers here agree that especially the 7750 needs an immediate service, as soon as you get it. It's a complicated piece of machinery, and rep factories don't service them at all before selling them. If you love, and plan to keep any mechanical rep ... service it. Wear it for 1 month .. then decide if you want to keep it "forever" .. and if you do, then have it serviced. Once every 5 years. Let me add one small footnote .. if the rep is a cheap Asia21j movement .. wear it until it explodes .. then just have a new cheap Asia21j movement put in again.

A lot of the problem with bad feeling bracelets is the factory dirt inside! If your watch is waterproof, then shower with it and it will clean the bracelet nicely .. my DSSD has a smooth feel now due to this.
  15. This is one of the original advertisement pics that got me going ... like a cute little spaceship.
  16. That ebay seller also has full PVD versions for that blackout effect.
  17. Look at the picture of the case back. See all of the detail on the ship, and water? The new Overseas reps have none of that detail. The water and ship are smooth.
  18. Well, you'll know for sure when you send it off. It is extremely rare for a forum approved merchant to send out the wrong movement. It's not on purpose, I'm sure .. otherwise they would be "fired" from the Forums they belong to. I agree that a rattle inside the watch is simply the rotor falling off. It's held on by 1 screw.
  19. There is a huge difference between the feel of an ETA and an Asia 21j (2813 or 4813) ... when you wind by the crown, a real ETA is smooth as glass in the way it turns. (clone ETA is smooth too) ... Asia 21j is rough when you wind it. You can feel the rough gears as they turn. You might even hear a BUZZZZZZZ gear noise when you hand wind an Asia 21j.
  20. The 3 shock spring release notches, and the 8 holes in the reversing wheels are good indicators. Your pics are too dark to see much, Im afraid.
