  1. I'd have to say I get pretty excited about excellent reps this fine community really gets behind and have picked up quite a few already. I think it would be hard to pick an exit watch as the manufacturers are always coming out with new designs. As tastes change and with the need to "try things out", it's become a journey and not a destination.

I'd like to thank all the fantastic folks here on RWG, I am so happy I found this forum!

    :)

  2. Back from the spa up north.

This was one of my first projects as a n00b and so it went through a long and strange pilgrimage.

I think it took slightly more than a year in all while I got distracted by other projects.

Born probably in GZ... from Joshua.

First for Vaclume almost a year ago.

Then, crystal went for Ajoe AR (1st and only successful run)

When I finally got down to it, it headed to the northern spa to pamper (service) the fickle A7750 engine and swap to ETA DDWs.

Looks great! I'm about to start a 3717-01 project myself. :)

  3. So I'm in a high profile meeting with a few execs from another organization today and what do I spot on the arm of one of the Senior VPs but a Panerai Tourbillon. It was complete with a PAM rubber strap.

After a little research it looked almost like this (without the date window):

The only PAM I could find that was close was a rep...

    Thoughts?

  4. I have to agree with Lani, I've bought 8 reps recently though this has been on my wrist the entire week. The 3135 clone has kept perfect time, right out of the box. I just need an better bezel insert, servicing, sealing and water testing and it won't be off my wrist for some time. It is unbelievably comfortable to wear and isn't that huge on my wrist (though I'm 6'8", so my fiddy isn't that huge either). ;)

  5. Awesome work Lani, thank you very much! I received my DSSD from Andrew the other day, wearing it daily now, and am very happy though the 10 spacing does bother me. To resolve I've just turned the bezel about 2/3 the way around so that the 10 isn't very noticeable near the 6:00 to the casual observer. ;)
