  1. Blade is actually moving the server to a better host in hopes of providing better service that had been in the past. A good idea actually, and if it's offshore, he'll be able to offer items for sale with less worry...

OR...... the law enforcement agency that seized it is moving it onto one of their own servers.

  2. No it's honesty. Months and months of no communication from him and the duping of a large number of members out of $200 without a by your leave and then waltzing back in to take up again where he "thought" he left off does generate a feeling of disgust. (if that is indeed what you garnered from my statement)

Therefore my kissing lips will not be near his butt in order that there is a clear passage for him to follow my original request

    JTB

And, now.... glade places the blame for the months and months of no communication from him square on the shoulders of Matrix. "I left him (Matrix) in charge... he was supposed to do this, he was supposed to do that... but, he didn't do it."

I have news for glade.... I held a private secret raffle and he won; his prize is he gets to KISS MY ASS.

  3. No, it was pure hyperbole. Comparing priviledges to rights will always make one look uninformed.

And as long as you don't clearly express your thoughts, how can I be certain you're not just trolling? You do have a habit of just antagonising people to see how they will react, so I like to be clear with what you're trying to say just so I can tell if you're trying to partake in a discussion or merely derail it to a 'look at me' hijack.

    Allegedly.

derail it to a 'look at me' hijack.
You mean like, "we must meet for hugs & drinks?"

  4. Firstly, is it really not allowed, or are you just being discouraged from hijacking threads?

Secondly, if this were the case, what on earth does it have to do with the first amendment? I think you're mistaking a private website on the internet with the united states. :D

#1 - Based upon a PM I received and the fact that my post was deleted, I would maintain it is not allowed.

#2 - I have not mistaken anything for anything else - it was a metaphor.

But I really appreciate you trying to tell me what I was thinking

  5. Sorry that was me....

I was messing around trying to see if it's really blade bringing back the old site or not and was seeing what user names existed in the "Database" over there.... I was just putting in a bunch of random user names and seeing which ones were legit and which ones were not. From what I gather, no one who registered in 06 is in the "Database" over there. It's like the database that will send out reminders only knows about old members (pre 2006)

I think some hackers may have gotten into the site and will be fishing for user id's/ passwords soon. I went over there and it said to check back on june the 4th..

Don't remember how many names I tried out

    Sorry...

Grrrrrrrrr. It was YOU? I thought it was Gran.

"Someone" had to restore a back-up database that was just a tad "old" - that's why you saw no 06'ers and why Gran is/was still a Mod, which he isn't, so he can't.

    Clear as mud?

  6. Did anyone else get one of these??

  7. if I decide that after waiting months, I just want my unopened watch back (i.e. no profit in it for him) then of course that would be fine no problem at all from his point of view......providing I just paypal him $25 to send it back :o<_< WTF????

I'm sure some will reply here saying 'Joe's the man' like some of the other sycophants (not sure if '[censored]-kissers' would get me a warning? ) who talk about him 'seeing them right' and 'shipping express at no charge'.

"Ass kissers" is the expression that I would use, Doc. You've been screwed on so many levels.... And, you didn't even get kissed first.

You know, its a hell of an idea for a scam, though..... I think I'll set up a website and basically warehouse people's stuff indefinitely, and when they want it back, I'll charge them a hefty fee. What should I name it?

  8. Hi

Sorry, but I do'nt think your information is correct.

You have to confirm again before you post it on public forum.

I don't give a rats ass whether you think my information is correct or not - it came right off of the Moneybooger's Invoice.

And you presume to tell ME how & when to post here? 59287-34964.gif Don't give me your crasy [censored], or I'll have my boys run over your ass with a tank.

  9. What does he mean by 'ALL' ??.....

Is he putting all his watches up for sales???

I think crazy sales at Aspire's means that you'll go crazy figuring out what it means :bangin:

I think you hit the nail on the head!

I was about to pull the trigger on something of his, pre-sale, but four things stopped me:

    1. Moneyboogers - 7.5% fee.
    2. Western UNion - 12.5% fee.
    3. Bank charges of $25 - $75 for Wire Transfer. (I didn't bother to find out which one applied to me.)
    4. Paul e-mailed me that his 10% off "ended last weekend" but his Ad says "No more 10% discount after June 1th."
I don't know what I was thinkin' anyway. 58928-35033.gif Josh, Andrew - forgive me.
  10. The partridge family?

(sounds like something you'd pay money to see bra3000  )

ahhhh..... there's that old voice of unwavering self-control with which you once moderated on rwgI - NOT.

but, don't panic - you can buy more booze tomorrow.

    just splendid!

    how GAY is that?

  11. I subscribe to a couple on-line market research deals and occasionally I take the time to take part in one of their surveys. Anyway, yesterday in the subject line of one of their emails I read: "A Survey about Watches"

So, I had to make a choice; click on Delete or click on the Link? What? OF COURSE I clicked on the Link!

The first "question" listed several Price Range groupings - $100 - $200, $200 - $300, etc. To the side were boxes to check either "Would consider buying" or "Would NOT consider buying." I think I started saying "would NOT" at $2,000

The second "question" listed several Watch Brands and asked if I had or had not heard of them. From what I remember, they listed Baume & Mercier, Breitling, Cartier, Movado, Omega, Raymond Weil, Rolex, Tag Heuer... I dunno, maybe Longines too. (But NO Panerai!) So I checked them all and went to the next question.

So, there's an Ad like you'd see on a whole page in a magazine and it has Tiger Woods on the left, kind of in the shadows and on the right foreground is some Tag Heuer chronograph. I hate Tag's so I have no idea what model it was. I can't even remember what the caption said. Now there are questions about how the Ad "made me feel" about the product. Yeah, right. Did I mention that I hate Tag's? Well, I blasted through marking the most negative answer possible on all the questions.

And THEN.... it says "View the Ad again, and then tell us what the Ad 'says' to you." HOT DOG - my editorial license has arrived! To paraphrase, I said that the Ad "said" to me that "if I don't mind owning a crappy watch, I should buy this watch so I can join the Corps of Assholes of which Tiger Woods is the president."

And that's about it. No questions about Reps. But they DID ask: "Who is co0L3r, Slay or x2crazy4shadyx?"

I said they were equally cool.
