I have a Chrono Avenger dial.....except I need the dial rider (outer scale ring). My dial is useless without it. Any idea where I can source one?

Definitely get a Taka DW. Leo's DW is a bit out of place on this one. Hows the bezel? Not much you can do on this one. but definitely a beauty. here's mine with LEO DW

Thanks guys. This is truly my grail timepiece. Fortunately for me, a fellow member on RG started the work, I believe fitting with the 7753, Leo DW, etc. Before I received it, it was sent to Rex for major modding. A T48 crown was fitted, nicely (gen like) flattened CG pin, New LEO DW as previous one would not change over correctly. The lume is fantastic, I never did confirm if it was relumed but I imagine it was as it glows nice and bright and even. Now I am looking for an appropriate strap to accompany this beauty. Any suggestions?

My first Panerai Rep was a PAM 188 with A7750 that I over paid for about 7 years ago. This is the watch that started my love affair with Panerai. I contemplated many times fitting a 7753 movement and thick DW to make it as close to gen as possible. Sadly I sold that watch about 2 months ago. Well, thanks to a few Geeks, and lots of patience my search is over. I have decided to promise myself to be a spectator for a while. Well, without further ado, I present IMO the Ultimate PAM 188. note the non sunken DW......oh yea 7753 baby T48 Crown, nicely flattened CG pin Please excuse the meek Iphone pictures. Hey Mike, Thank you for the info. Yes I was bummed when I found out and no I didnt buy it from anyone here. Unfortunately through a non trusted dealer. But well I guess I can attest to why we should only purchase from trusted dealers. A good deal, may not be that good in the long run. I did talk to Ajoesmith from RG who specializes in movements and he said its a 21J Seagull movement, which according to him is very reliable. Im thinking im going to hold on to it and try to maybe finish my project. That Date font is killing me though. And that crystal with mag is a killer as well. but there is no way im wasting a DSN crystal on this.

I have a PAM 253 and while I havent gone swimming with watch, I do bathe my daughter with it(the only watch ive worn in water). I havent had a problem for last 2 years. Now have I submerged it and pushed the chronograph buttons, Hell no.
