also, i know this is very stupid question, but..

dealers send out QC pics before shipping off the watches so the buyers can make sure they are ok, etc. Shouldnt the watches be all exactly the same as they are all coming from the same factory? I mean, i doubt the dealer is getting stocks for a particular model from multiple different factories.

Comfort level means whatever dealer you like.

Like any other manufactured item, sometimes things are missed. The QC are there to ensure that you see what is coming to you to make both parties happy.

Stead(supermirrors) is best contacted via pm. Just tell h what you want and he will get it. Almost all are from the same producer. It comes down to your comfort level.

Looks like all the pics of the completed watch and the tear down pics are the gen...look at the movement...

they say it is the gen in the listing. Not all parts are gen, they show many of the repped parts alongside the gen.

buckle is way off gen has different termination and the "AP" looks pushed down on buckle, contrary to the rep. I also noticed the watch crown on rep is incorrectly alligned and on the case back, the screws are different as gen. I think all those details are easy fix for future runs.

Caseback screws are correct, the one you were looking at still had plastic on it and that distorts them. Not sure about the crown as the movements are different but not a tell on the wrist.

How's the date? Looks like its hazy and slightly blue??

It is a mans wallet and yes has lots of slots inside, you can see the same style wallet in my bargain basement.
