Hi there guys,
i'd like to waterproof my UPO, so i'm about to seal the HE Valve with epoxy.
So i pulled out the crown(i hope i didn't damage the keyless work[how can i see that? Date change and time change are working well when i built the crown back in]) but i can't loosen the screws.
I tried to use a 1mm and 1,5mm screwdriver but i can't unscrew the three damn screws. Is there any trick to do so?
Thanks

Hey there guys,
this is a question i'm thinking over a long time.
why aren't there any quartz watches with a sweeping second hand? As far as i understand this, an automatik movement makes around 8 beats per second, a quartz movement only one. so why isn't it possible to build a quartz movement with 28800 bph?

I freaking love this watch.
But they will never rep this beauty

+- 1 second? awesome work domi

Hello etacker, thi is you watch :g:
As long as you don't say:
"Hello etacker, this WAS your watch"
-
Hm that doesn't sound really good but i would give it a try with the crown and stem.
Would the gen ones fit the 45mm UPO? If so, does anyone has a item number for them on cousinsuk? i don't really know which one to get

It's UPO time since my Breitling is with Domi for reluming and service

Hey there guys,
i finally got my UPO 45mm but i have a little problem with the crown. When i try to adjust the time or date, i have to press the crown a little bit down(i mean to the caseback of the watch) to do the adjust job. If i just wind it, nothing happens.
Can this problem be solved with a gen crown and tube or are there other problems involved? Will the gen crown and tube fit the 45mm UPO? I'm a little bit confused about this.
Thanks

Yesterday i saw a watch on the teleshopping channel that looked 95% like a Breitling Navitimer, apart from the Breitling logo. But apart from the logo, it was really 100% like a navitimer. And it was about 250$
[e] oh yeah....quartz of course

Hey guys,
i bought an Omega UPO some weeks ago. A very nice watch, especially with the SS strap, it makes a nice dress watch. But i also like it with the black rubber strap cause it's kinda sportive with it.
So i'd be looking for a black rubber strap for the UPO. If possible in the EU to minimize the problem with the customs.
Where do i get this rubber strap? The gen one is a little bit expensive

Please post pictures of the finished job, lume work in particular!
Will do that for sure

I just sent my Breitling to Domenico at friday.
He'll do a lumejob(Skyland Avenger V2 :-/), the movement service and waterproofing the watch.
Really looking foward to his work

I'm not that clumsy
But i thought that the duct tape will work but it didn't. Bought now a Jaxa opener, that should do the trick. Thank you guys.

Hey,
die
Remove UPO movement
in The Omega Area

Hm well i got it from PreciousTime and he told me the movement should be an ETA. It seems, that the screwdriver is to big cause the front won't fit in the gap of the screw.
Anyway, i managed to insert the epoxy without removing the movement, i hope it is sealed. I'll let the epoxy dry and will test it tomorrow.
