newbie question... What does "franken" stands for?

So did I.. I'm confused with the comment above that most reps are low beat. Low Beat to me is not 28800... If "all" are low beat then when dealers advertise 28800, are the just saying because thats what they hear from factories making the reps?

So when the trusted dealers says A7750 28800, is it really 28800 smooth movement?

Is 21J a 21600bp or 28800?

How come you didn't get the with "arrow" second hand. I thought new reps have that.
