I have a UPO with the genuine case back ( genuine dial, hands, crown and stem as well) and it fits perfectly.

From what I read on this and other forums, replacing the rep bezel with a gen is an extremely difficult mod and one that I, for one, would not attempt. If you have any other suggestions...

Thanks for taking the risk. I'm really glad it fits as I have a gen case back on order from Ofrei. Now if we could only easily do something about that *** pearl.
