Why is noob better overall?

Sounds like I need to get a 372!! Does it have a sapphire crystal?

So I was minding my own business and happened to stroll into an authorized dealer. Always having been a fan of PAM, and having had a rep 111 for many years (of course not wearing it that day as I could never walk into an A.D. with a rep), The salesman had me try on a brand-new 47mm PAM422. The large case and low profile of the sapphire crystal almost made me cry. Having never really paid attention to a large case PAMs, I could not believe how perfect and amazing this watch looked. I have to have one. Scouring the Internet it appears that a gen cannot be had for less than $7000 usd. :-( too rich for my blood. It appears that the rep PAM 422 is not yet up to the super rep quality of other PAMs. So I ask my fellow comrades what rep can quench my thirst for a 47mm Pam with a low profile sapphire crystal that is of superior quality (No sub or radiomir) 203? 372? 127? Or perhaps is there a 422 that I am unaware of that is of good quality? Thanks for your help!!!

I would love to see a gen vs rep pictorial. I am also interested in one of these reps for my girl.

I recently pulled the trigger on an atlas chrono with black leather band and deployment buckle. Love the watch! Great build quality and accuracy. Wish it had better AR and was without a sunken date wheel, but all in all great watch. No the 10 button is not functional. Also, there is no quick change for the date, so the only way to set the date is to wind through the hours :-(

I've actually been tormenting myself between getting a B01 or a BCE. I can't decide which to get. Do you have a picture of the AR on your B01?

As we can all agree in addition to the dial and build quality, one of the things that makes a Breitling, a Breitling is the sensational AR on the Crystal. So.. Which rep do you think has the best double AR, like a gen breitling?

Thats great. That's what sparked this for me. I picked up a very cheap rep on the streets of NYC. The rep actually had the accurate dials, lol. It was not a great rep otherwise and broke in a month or so. I have been on a quest ever since. Do you have any pics of your watch?

I love this watch, I just wish I could find any rep that has the accurate dials. Every rep I see had the dials switched. If anyone finds a blue face with accurate dials I would be forever grateful. Despite all that, nice watch. Naven

I love the look of the Motors with a Blue Face and Knurled Bezel! However, I have been searching for any site to offer this rep with accurate dials. Most sites are now offering "New Recessed Dials" If you look at all of them the design around the rim is switched the design on the chrono at 3 is meant to look like the chrono at 9 on the gen and vice versa. I find this very irritating. Someone tell me if I am wrong or being crazy. I dont know how to put pics on my posting to compare, but if one were to go to the breitling website you can get a good close look at the gen. If anyone knows a place to get a closer rep, please please let me know. -Thenaven
