What do I nees to undo the screws on the bezel of a Big Bang (strangely shaped screws) and where do I get one? Or am I missing something obvious to more experienced members? Thanks

Newbie question: Have just bought a quartz (yes, I know) SuperOcean with the pearl missing. Where can I find a replacement? Have tried E-bay, but presumably using wrong search words as nothing available - although it probably isn't the best place to look!

There seems to be something of a cottage industry in the Philippines refurbishing Seiko divers - some with replacement faces/hands and one in particular with faces replaced by carbon fibre. Does anyone have any experience of these?
