Actually, the selection is limited from the very source. The only left-handed models (that I am sure about, at least) that OP produced were the 022, 026, 056, 115, 117, 123, 217, 219.

Definately... But it no suprise they are so limited. Im sure the market is small. I was thinking of just saving up for a 219.

This is listed as a PAM 031, but I cannot find this model anywhere on the net. Does this model really exist? Or is it a fantasy watch?

Just stop. Are we going to tear apart every dealer? This keeps up there will be none that will want to work with us. There are other places to go to sell watches.

It should be a perfectly fine thing that some dealers have this and some have that. It helps everyone to see a variety of sources. What does it accomplish if every dealer has the same products?

So? If the demand is there, and they are willing to supply it, then the price of the watch is exactly what the market has determined.

Given the sheer number of watches in some of the members' collection, I would take it that A LOT of people wake up and are disappointed with their choice.

If this is true, than maybe a PAM is the right option, assume he doesnt plan on selling it.

As for me, Id go with a PAM over an Omega if money is not an issue.
