  1. This and Snatch - greatest movies ever! You have great taste in movies bratko Congrats to the Turkish 360 owners, show us some pics when they come through!
  2. Isn't the A6497-1 18.8k and the A6497-2 21.6k? I'd swear my PAM 183 Swiss is slower that 21.6k and was claimed to be a Swiss low-beat.
  3. Just ordered 6 watches, and a dozen shot glasses I don't know what 'resistant to 5 ATP' means, by the way, hehehehe is that Atmospheric Temperature and Pressure? I only know 5 ATM, because that's what it says on my super-cool Seiko Monster Dive Watch
  4. A non-PAM? On PAMPAMPAMPAMPAMPAMPAMPAM Wednesday? SACRILEGE!
  5. Can't take this one off... I love it! The NATO is one of the greatest ever strap designs. Although at the moment I've got it on the Carl Yastrzemski Spalding baseball strap again... I've never worn a strap where I can't feel it on the wrist. This is THAT strap...
  6. I can tell from the colour that it'll taste good... It even looks like caramel. Is it really smoky? I tried some JW Blue Label recently and enjoyed the aroma, but there was this overpowering smokiness that just killed the whole experience for me. Not a fan of blends, I much prefer single malts. This one looks great
  7. I like it! I'm with Pete, full gloss is a bit much but you're GreekGod, so kudos my Aussie bro But why not complete the picture and install a base-finish Unitas 6497 slow-beat for $50. Then you can have a Gen 318 just like the boys on Paneristi!!
  8. HAHAHA! You guys crack me up I didn't realise hen's teeth were so bloody common, might have to reconsider a title for the post now!
  9. These certainly don't come up often... eBay item no: 320780163228
  10. LOL! IRONY! I'm with PeteM. Kick back with a bowl of popcorn and watch the hilarity ensue.
  11. Ne e ništo MasterChef can kiss my jaja, all that crap they cook leaves me hungry. And this food is not so bad for you, Tzatziki is just yoghurt, garlic, parsley and cucumber. Bread is bread, and a bit of meat (OK, we Balkanites always eat too much meat) but otherwise you can eat until you explode and it still feels good. Eat that MasterChef crap with butter and oil and saturated fats, and it's a quick-fire way to a heart attack. Everything should be in moderation. As for the pics, it's honestly nothing mate. But the last few weeks I've been consciously taking pics specifically to post at this forum, just for RedBull Man
  12. Haha mate, many hands make light work I know, it's like always when I am at my mate's house. He never touches the grill when I come. He just gives me the meat and says 'please?' Besides, to operate a BBQ effectively you need to be at least 25% Balkan (or know someone who is ) hahaha ZK, unless the fridge is full of beer and the grill is full of chevaps, I'm not lifting a single brick but it looks like a fun summer project, should be fun. P.S. your plate of meats, cheeses and breads reminded me when I was back in my ancestral home... They really know how to live over there Off to the shops to buy some prosciutto
  13. Bloody Heathrow... Had to catch a connecting flight to fly home to Aus, and they forced me to check my laptop bag "because I wasn't allowed two pieces of hand luggage". Which was an absolute crock, as other passengers were carrying more. Took my laptop out, but forgot my camera in the front pocket. Got home, checked, and found it was missing, presumably racked in the airport - and with all my London pics on it...some of them of me doing sexy-times with the hottie I was banging there too... What a stupid thing to forget, but I was tired and thought human decency would prevail. Man was I wrong... Never again. The safeguarding of personal security and property is No. 1. Back on point, Customs officials are mostly useless, and far more interested in catching drugs that reps (which is a sure-fire way to promotion).
  14. I showed a mate the above video and he got so excited, we're making him a pizza oven this summer in his backyard Redbull man, can you show us a pic of the outside of your oven?
  15. Haha cheers to PornoMan and RedbullMan for the comments
  16. Today's lunch: Freshly shaved Pecorino: On a freshly baked focaccia, with garlic-parsley pesto base, onions, olives. After baking, it was topped (while warm) with prosciutto and the pecorino: Bloody brilliant
  17. Hahaha mate, unless it's a Japanese forged kitana honed by a 75 year old artisan blacksmith, there is no knife that's going near my face like that clown...
  18. Don't say I don't look after you Green Corn Home-made garlic-parsley pesto, hand beaten with a wooden mortar and pestle. This is the base for a Tzatziki. Before: And after: Mixing in the extra virgin olive oil and Greek-style yoghurt: This was one of four pizzas I had with my mates after a tough sporting victory. It translated to 'Volcano' in Italian. Gorgonzola, chilli flakes, hot salami, and feta cheese, bloody amazing pizza. It was a great little Italian place with a wood-fired oven, just like yours ZK And this is a little pizza I threw together for dinner last night after a long day at work. It's a pita bread base, with BBQ sauce, Virginia ham, tasty cheese shavings, chopped marinated green olives and a bit of chicken left over from dinner It's a shame that tasty food is also so damned fattening, I miss my youthful six-pack abs Enjoy ZK and fellow foodies
  19. I've been exploring wet shaving after an 8-year hiatus from shaving (have used an edging trimmer on my face and a persistent 5pm shadow) Straight razor shaving... Hmmm... How's all the honing and stropping though? I'm looking at the Feather Artist Club ones with the removable blades, that looks like a winner. Got me some Taylor's sandalwood shaving soap, and Oh My God that stuff is unbelievable... Highly recommended for all wet shavers.
  20. There is a 42mm Rad option which might do my missus loves the big watches, she rocks a white Ingersoll that gives my 44mm PAM 312 a run for its money
  21. Closing out the day, but the light was just so this morning, thought i'd click this one off at a particularly long traffic light
  22. I've got a serious hard-on for the 3-timer, that's a great watch. LW make some great pieces.
  23. Oh god that's a disgusting rep... Unfortunately there are things that can be unseen Ask for your bottle of scotch back, you friend got a much better deal, even if the scotch was some shitty JW Red label
  24. Absolutely, and because the comments come indirectly from the grass roots and not through dirext advertising from Patek and Omega themselves, it appears much more convincing. It's still quite unethical, but I doubt it's illegal.
