Thank you for your advice. I think i will write them a letter, that i never ordered such a watch and i think its a mistake and i wont pay the administrativ taxes.

I think they cant to much. I mean i ordered a watch and not drugs,weapons or plutonium :-)

First i will ask my university professor who is a lawyer...

Hi @ all

so, a month ago my Davidsen fiddy was sized by the customs. Today i received a letter from the customs, telling me, that they found the fake watch.

They wrote, that i have to say yes that they will destroy the watch. also i have to pay 60 Swissfrancs for the admin cost. If i wont allow them to destroy the watch, they will give the infos (my address and the watch) to Panerai and they can make a "Strafanzeige" (complaint?) aganst me.

Also they have sent me a report from the "federation of swiss watch industry" wich is 17 Pages.

It includes very detailed pics from the davidsen fiddy and a comparison to the real one. I have attached a few pics from the raport.

So what should i do? Shoud i pay and firm that they can destroy the watch or should i write them that i never have ordered such a watch?

What could panerai do, if the customs will give them the infos?

So as promised here are some shots of my new Davidsen Fiddy wich arrived yesterday, after only 3 Days shipping.

I like it very much, in my eye's its just perfect. Very nice Lume, and nice A/R Saphir..

Does someone know why the rep factorys always use the number 117 on limited watched? This one is 117/1950 and my IWC Jones also was 117/500.

Sorry for the bad Pictures, i need to buy a new cam. I made this with an 5 Years old 2.1MPixel Canon Ixus :-)

For the Lume:

The lume pics are taken after 1 Minute under the Halogen Lamp in a Room with the lights on. (cant take pics in the dark because of the crappy cam).

Now he will resend me the watch and he ask my how he should declare the shipping.

What do you think is the best method to declare a shipping.

My ideas were "MP3-Player" or "Headphones" or soemting..

Are here any Members from Switzerland? Because I am from Switzerland and i have a problem.

I ordered a fiddy from Davidsen, and the Tracking state on the Swiss Post Page says that the package arrived a week ago to my

country. Since 7 Days the state didn't change, so i think they opened the package :-(

Is there another swiss member whoes shipping was sized by the swiss customs?

What will happen now?

Will i get a letter that they distroyed the watch?

Will i have to pay a fine?

Can i reorder the watch, or will they set me ona "blacklist" and open every package wich i will order??

I'm waiting for a fiddy from Davidson. Item arrived before 7 days to my country (switzerland). since then the tracking state didn't changed :-( I think they have found the watch...

here my new breitling navitimer two tone with a iwc strap because the ss bracelet arrived broken to me and i have to wait until the dealer sends a new one. But looks also good with the iwc strap,or not?? :-)

I've just received the navitimer two tone and i have a problem. There is something missing so that the buckle wont hold the band together (sorry for my bad English) i don't know if a screw is missing or how this is normally hold together. The dealer told me he will resend me a buckle, but can switch the buckle easy??

Hmm are you shure, how much is the pam 111h? The omega was 4300 Swiss Francs .... about 3500 $...

I take the Omega as well. It is the least expensive of them all if they were all genunine. In my collection, my most expensive gen is a SMP but I don't have a single rep where the gen is anywhere near as cheap as any Omega.

I hope this makes sense, it did in my head before I started typing it.

Does someone know someone you could lume my pam with super luminova? Someone in Switzerland or Austria or Germany???

i would pay him and bring the SuperLuminova lume - i live in switzerland.

Has someone a tutorial for do this myself?
