who is the best seller to buy from right now?

I can hear very faint ticking... the chrono ticks 1 click at a time and is not sweeping like a rolex... help?

I just picked up this watch in Vietnam for $120.00 chrono works great and seems like a pretty good rep. I thought it looked really good off the bat but not sure too much about it. I'd like to order some AP bands. Can anyone help me identify this and let me know the flaws and what I can do to mod it? Thanks! David
