I got a gen soild caseback for this watch as well kicking around if anybody wants, I have confirmed it fit many version and even interchange and can fit the smp's and po 42mm .

I have a 4th gen black PO ETA from Andrew that I brought a yr ago but have not been worn. No scratches at all, Located in Canada too. If you are in the GTA, you can meet up with me to see it before you buy.

I still have a closed factory case from the famous first gen 007. Those are as rare as the real 007. It has the correct he valve kinda between 10/11 oclock, correct crown guards and serial number on the rear lugs. If anyone wants, I would trade the case for a GMT watch or something simlar.. already have a few SMP of different versions. The biggest give away on the current case is the he valve position and the crown guards.

both dial from the 42 and 45 should be the same size, is the casing that is different. I have the original hands that I brought and never installed. Anyone want to trade as I really need the 45mm hands instead. Please not the hands on the 2 different sizes are slightly different.
