  1. Dont think I wanna open the watch myself. One thing thats interesting, I cant remember if its always been like this or not but: The dial that you set the time with, it move a little back and forth without moving the dial, do you understand what I mean? Like a steering wheel on a car, you can move it a little without the car turning. Is that normal?
  2. Is there some way to see if its the hair spring? Where is it located if you look at the backside? I'll try knocking it gently. If I need to open it, how do I do? Can any watchmaker do this? Thanks, appreciate the help!
  3. I got a Swiss Panerai 111H a couple of months ago from a member here, it has worked without any problems whatsoever until 2 days ago. Its running alot faster than it should. About 9 mins faster in only 2 hours. How do I fix this? Thanks for any help! Cheers, Mario
  4. As I said I've searched! I'm not new to forums, I promise. My questions weren't that hard were they? I don't need a big writeup, just a few lines on how the replicas work, do they work? Or do they break often and easily? My budget is as cheap as possible but I'm willing to pay more if it means the watch will work for a long time, I will be using it as a daily watch. Thanks again, I understand I'm not the first with questions but please bare with me.
  5. Hi, I'm new into this replica world but I have been reading up on quite a bit over the forums. The only contact with watchreplicas I've had have been bad, but most likely because they were really cheap replicas. The view I get from reading this forum is that the replicas sold by the vendors on here are pretty well made, almost like the gen? Personally the thing I look in watches are how they look, not much in how they function, mechanically that is. Of course I want a functioning watch. So, my questions? Well here they are: 1. I'm certain I want a Panerai 111H with a Steel band. 2. Where is the best place to get one? Do the different vendors differ much in price/quality? 3. Should I get the Asian or Swiss version? Can you please explain the difference in function/looks/quality? 4. Is it water-resistant? 5. If I understood correctly this watch is manual, never had one of those before, can I get a quick answer on what that means? I've understood you have to do something to it everyday for it to hold time? The most important thing to me is that the watch looks good, and actually works without breaking, as I said before, the replicas I've seen before have broken within a month, almost always the screw holding the bracelet fails. Is the Swiss worth the money over the Asian, and if so, why? Hopefully I'll get some good answers and then the 111H I want. Thanks in advance!
  6. I'm also looking into my first Panerai, or first replica ever. I'm looking at the 111h with a Steel band. Where is the best place to get one and how much can I prepare to pay for one? I mostly care for looks. If it works well and looks good I'd pay the price rather then buying a bad one cheap that breaks after a month.
