Wow, that is incredible. That plexi is lookin sexi! Those hands are a perfect match. Mike did incredible work for you. You'll have to celebrate with a great cigar and a good glass of bourbon when you get it back. You know we are all expecting a full photo spread when you get it back.
Congrats on a beautiful new gem!

As far as replying to a message or topic Google Chrome is now working but Safari is not.

No the lugs shouldn't be polished. Basically it's terrible for the price. Even my rep is better.
I would take yours over the one on Watchuseek!...However, I would not pay the $14,000.

Not worth $14000 in my opinion. The hands are no better than the ones on my 5517.
I would like to know where he got the pad printed bezel insert. I like it.

.....did you get one???? Uh if so.... Pics please !!!
No, unfortunately, I did not get one. Even if I had that kind of money I don't think I'd put it into this gen.
I wrote to them and ask a few questions and said that I would like a picture of the case back and this is what they sent.

I take it this one is a keeper for you yea? I wish Tempus would show a DIRECT photo of the caseback so we could see exactly how their engravings look!
Ask and you shall receive...

Great Pick Up! Looks like Santa was better to you than he was to me...and I tried so hard to be good.
Please post pictures as the various changes are made.
I love a watch with history..."Every Rolex has a story!"

Yep!
Mark... This thread is a tease.
More or less like...
Is there an update to this picture...I was hoping for a stripped down version of this movement!

What did you decide? If you haven't decided yet here is another option. If auto is no problem this has been a fun gen. Steinhart OVM

nice build indeed!
the pearl hole in the insert is a bit distracting
I thought that is what people meant when they referred to their watch as a "Hole - E Grail!"

Just received one of the new cartels. Such an improvement. Would have been perfect if it had a hugher crown position. Can't beat it for the price though
Pics please. Also, which dealer?

Please tell Lani hello and that we miss him here! I understand why he's not here...if I lived in Hawaii I'm pretty sure I wouldn't spend much time on my computer.
