I'd just like to bump this thread. I recently purchased a replica Tag Heur with a new Asian 7750 which I have been using as my daily beater, in the past few days it has stopped working. I'd really like to get this watch repaired and serviced but I am based in the UK and I am reluctant to send it to the US for doing. I'd really appreciate recommendations for anyone in the UK who is willing to work on replicas of this type?
Many thanks,
James
Many thanks guys - I appreciate your response. A few specific comments:
Flav - The nylon strap looks great, really gives a different, more modern feel to the watch. This is on my list.
Bignasty - This looks an excellent strap for this watch - and very comfortable too. Another one on my list.
Pugwash - I really like your Toscana strap, but it is a little too expensive for my pocket.
Thanks again,
James
I'd like to replace the bog standard strap that came with my fiddy. I'd appreciate it if other members could post photos of their fiddy-strap combinations, please also include details of where the straps were sourced from.
Many thanks,
JSW
Thanks guys. I'll have a word with Andrew. I can see that bending the U shape might fix the problem, but I'm not sure exactly how to do this considering how strong the metal is and I'd be nervous about breaking the clasp.
I've just received a PO 42.5mm from Andrew. It is an outstanding watch and many of the mentioned flaws (misaligned HE valve) are not that obvious to me. One problem I do have is that there is a large gap between the clasp (closest to the engraving) and the bracelet. I'm curious to know if this is gap that is often mentioned when taking about the watch, I always thought that this was where the bracelet attached to the watch.
Will a genuine bracelet fit this watch? If so where is a good place to buy the whole assembly including the clasp?

vmena - I'd just like to say many thanks to you. This is my first participation in a group buy, and the whole thing was totally pain free because of your careful management. It is also my first purchase of any Asian movement, so I'm also curious to how well it works.
Thanks again,
JSW
Thanks Ryaku - A quick question. On the pictures on King's site the hour/minutes hands look black rather than white, on Trusty's site they look accurate to the original. Which version will we be receiving?

Vmena - I'm interested in this. Can you please post a link to the watch being offered (I'm getting confused by the different versions) with details of movement etc.
UPDATE: Assuming the watch in this link, count me in !!!
Many thanks for organising this.
