  1. Its amazing how even the lower end models with the 21j movement still look and feel so good. The PO chrono was my very first Omega rep--its quartz but still cool. The other PO Great Pumpkin has The Zigmeister lume and Chief AR. I think it looks about as close to gen as you can get.
  2. Got the TT one from WBK who is a great guy!
  3. PMs only. Please do not email me.

  4. I have had these two babies for a long time and finally took them out of the safe for some fresh air. I never seem to be able to leave the straps alone. I really like how these look with the strap swap. Whaddya think?
  5. I think I like these too much! /monthly_06_2009/post-3167-1244304160.jpg" rel="norewrite external"> /monthly_06_2009/post-3167-1244304183.jpg" rel="norewrite external"> /monthly_06_2009/post-3167-1244304202.jpg" rel="norewrite external">
  6. I have a B-1 Combat--is a hand wind. I am going to list it for sale this week. Its brand new--Just and FYI They are a great one!
  7. I received my Skyland and BlackSteel PVD--They simply used a slightly smaller dot and made no changes to the dial. I have to say it looks just fine to me. For the money you can't beat them.
  8. He has the BlackSteel (PVD) with the lume dot fix too!

My clasp digs at times, no big deal and nothing any different than any other watches. Don't let that deter you from getting one. They are very nice!
  12. That complaint was very poor judgement and has lead to a great deal of trouble for mmbers here, as well as one of our best deaalers. Very un-cool!
  13. Sash, I asked you about this months ago...glad to see it might happen. Go for it!
  14. Has anyboby heard from King in the last week or so? I have sent her a number of PMs and have had no reply. She is usually very good at getting back to me. Is it possible she is having trouble related to the earthquake? I hope she is OK! Anybody know anything?
  15. Those are pins with a sleeve in the ceramic link. I simply used a screw type pin pusher to ease the pin out. Place your pin tool on the side of the link with the "dimple". Center it in the middle of the "dimple" and apply pressure. You will see the other end of the pin, (inside the sleeved end) come out of the ceramic link. One of the easier ones to work with IMHO. I wouldn't use my pin tool and hammer because of my concern about cracking the ceramic. I am certainly no expert on this, but having acquired a watchmakers tool set, it makes most all of these kind of proceedures easy to complete. Hope this helps!
