Unfortunate, but true.

My Participated Posts has never worked. The threads that show up are waaaay old. Anyone else? It works fine for RWI (gasp) and Rep Geek (double gasp) though
-
no probs - but be very careful with that thing, it seems to break easily
-
depends what version you have.
the date on the 7750 is changed by the crown
the date on the 7753 is changed by the quick change @ 10

so opted not to send back to China.
good call on that one. I can see China from where I live and even I don't send watches back into that black hole!
Let Andrew know what's going on. If you get a receipt, he might pay for some of it or give you a discount on the next one... 'coz you know there' going to be a next one!

If denniboss is latje on Rep Geek, he's already got his answer
but, thanks for being helpful as usual Pete

Which one is which eh?
The one on the left is the Rolex and the one on the right is the Omega, am I right?
rep = Rollie (I think, just by the pearl)

OMG, GBOGH don't do that to me... no, wait. MORE MORE MORE!

That website is a joke - they do know somewhat of what they are talking about, but it's a ripoff. I'm not saying that you won't get a watch but they are way overpriced. They are selling the new PAM372 for $500 and Angus is selling it for $278.
The pics they show are almost certainly pics of gens - notice that they don't show the movements on a lot of their models?
Stick with the TDs or with M2M sales!

Looks good, but it kills the most important thing for me: the micro adjustment system
No, no, micro adjustment is still fully intact and operational. I wouldn't mess with that.
-
I would never trust any rep to be water proof.
especially the Ploppy V1s and 1.5s - the case back gasket is ridiculously thin
-
nope, you're spot on. Only the V1 had the dual layer crystal.

Which one is that?
Only the V2 has the working bezel lock

I just put up a post about modifying a 24/24 mesh. I like it sooo much better.
Actually, I'm wearing it now

Hey brothers, first off, I love my V2 Swiss Ploprof… let me rephrase that… I looooove me Ploppy! I know that there is probably going to be some haters that are going to hate, but here goes.
And I love it most of all on a shark mesh bracelet, and so I picked me up a wjean but with my big wrists I had to use some of the links which I thought detracted from the coolness factor. I also didn’t like the fact that it tapered down to 22mm; for a watch of this weight, it needs as much support as it can get.
So, what to do, what to do? I decided on a 24/24 sharkie that I Dremeled down to 22mm right at the buckle. I love it now and I think it looks good. Whatchya think?

Although this thread is a year and a half old, you guys must have picked up on the fact that I'm missing my little girl right now.
She and her mum are spending a month in Canada right now and I'm missing her like crazy here in Taiwan.
Here's a current pic, you can't see it in the pic but she's wearing a brand new PAM389.
