yep mk2 dials were only made for 1 year i heard thats why you never see a 116610 with a mk2 dial,in real life ill put the inserts and dials on ebay in a bit

wow just opened the parcel im very happy perfect mk3 dial and bezel assembly,now time to sell it lol,

my pal he has the exact same franken as me.and he said it was easy to put together.

my friend pulls apart the bezel assembly to fit using a small flat head screwdriver.the insert is not removed.im installing my bezel assembly this week with dial and crystal and hands.im not doing it though too much risk lol

sneed i did not explain properly yes it a pressure fit.meaning no glue.anyway why would someone want to remove a gen insert from the gen bezel.the bezel is beautiful lol,the noob bezel sucks in comparison

dbane your dial has the correct white lume application yes?

gen ceramic insert snaps in place similar to the old inserts, lume looks very strange,im worried now

dbane have u just put your dial on ebay.mine has been there a few days.reason i lol when you said its a very rare dial the mk2 is not as disireable dial unfortunately,because people aint seen it before,but its all good bro people want the mk3 common dial that you see on all new gens.sorry bro if its not your ebay listing,im the only dude that mentions that its rare ,so the seller must be from rg,here or rwi as he is using my terminology lol he probably knows me

heat the insert with a soldering iron then twist until glue is soft then get fingernails under and gently lift up

removing insert is easy.but the reason we get the entire assembly is because the more gen parts the better.and the bezel has bigger teeth on the gen vs v3.so even closer to gen

sorry bro i have a dial in my house for sale on rg.and ive sold a gen insert to mr toulose the other day.i can get another insert from tns diamonds tony but its expensive its 450 pounds brand new.

v3 dial is virtually identical to the mk2 apart from the word date starts under the r in rolex on the gen.and the noob dial its further to the right.and the overall print is thinner than gen.anyway your question,i will say a gen dial is very important for a franken,gen insert i can get you and a dial and crystal if you need

the dial on my noob v3 is a mk2.the way to tell the difference between the gen mk2 and the noob v3 dial is the word date is too far over to the right and not bold print as gen otherwise they are identical

yes both dial ind bezel assembly and insert are gen.but i hope my dial is not like this as in the pics it was a mk3 dial,
