  1. Hi folks, I want to buy the black ceramic Top Gun. Again. Used to have the 44mm Top Gun. Great replica. http://www.tb-688.com/index.php?route=product/product&keyword=top+gun&product_id=531 However, I am a bit skeptical since this watch has been in production over 6 years. Are they still making it or will I end up buying an new-old-stock version? Toro claims no change for that. I much more prefer the 44mm size but what about the newer 46mm? Is this a better replica than the classic 44mm? http://www.intime01.co/iwc/2627-pilot-iwc388001-zf-1-1-best-edition-ceramic-case-on-nylon-strap-a7750.html Then there's this newer 46mm with the wrong 44mm size. It's best of both but just a fantasty watch. Why is it more expensive, any explanation? http://www.intime01.co/iwc/3050-pilot-chrono-iw388001-real-ceramic-v6f-1-1-best-edition-on-black-nylon-strap-a7750.html) Pros of the new 46mm: * Glasp * No Top Gun stamp * Ceramic looks more black than the old style 44mm, (which tends to be a bit greyish). Please confirm * ZF quality? * Newer production, thus more reliable? New innovations? Pros of the old style 44mm * Size! I'm just curious if a replica watch-maker really continues producing a replica after 6 years? I owned the 44mm version back in 2011/2012...
  2. Piece of [censored] indeed

    LV insert

Hey chaps, How much would this insert be worth? It's ending soon and looks like no one is interested? Thought these inserts were worth couple of hundred bucks. Has a few scratches though.. http://bit.ly/1f6GfPU
  5. I used to have 2 5th gen 42mm PO in the past. Really a tight rep. I bought it from Trevor for only 180 bucks. (A2813) Are these still produced?
  6. Im looking for gen PO 42mm black insert Please PM thanks
  7. Where to source a gen omega vulcanized rubber strap?
  8. I'm in the same boat. PT has them too. $50 http://pureti.me/product/omega-black-rubber-strap-for-planet-ocean/ Any good? Are there different qualities?
  9. Thanks all.. Yes, I think the gen crystal can make some difference indeed. But what about the gasket? Is there anything to tweak on that? And assuming your franken houses an ETA movement, does that affect hands height?
  10. I'm sorry, title is a bit misleading.... but no I couldn't do that.. Would have been a bit awkward
  11. Hello people, I own a TC Sub V5 (LN) and I love it. And old friend of my came by to buy a gen Omega from me. He was wearing a gen Sub LN (do not know which year) and we did a little comparison between my TC and his gen.. My TC V5 has only a gen insert. The major differences were the dial and hands... and the whole face of the watch, actually. I don't know why, but it looked different! It even looked like it has a slightly smaller diameter. The cyclops was not a big difference, btw... My question is: if I throw in a gen dial, gen hands and gen crystal.. Will the watch face look 100% the same as gen? Theoretical it should.. still I'm not sure.. Maybe it will always look different because you know it's not the real deal.. even with so many gen parts.. And TC bracelet and case is stunning! Actually my TC bracelet looked better than his old bracelet Thanks!
  12. And they both set time different.
  13. I posted the youtube link. Can you see it? youtu.be /3uR5wl6hIvw
