Hi need sum advice. I purchased a used gen 1680 from eBay. I purchased it for my 1680 project but rather place it on my 1675 if possible. My question is how to sand down a crystal? Also is it the same look as a 1675 crystal? Same bevel? I know 1680 is much taller Thsnks

damn that endlink look horrible...that was when i was tryng to open the endlink for better fit... looks bad! i closed it a bit now

I ran into this case. http://dw-watches.net63.net/wordpress/submariner-1680-case-body/. Is a 1680 case for 99$. Is this a good alternative? Probably to thick. I emailed yuki to get a price on his cases but I heard they're crazy money

My watch is done! Pbdad says no adaptor needed for dial. I kind of figured that when I took measurement of the inside of the case, it measured 27 mm. Same as dial.

Honestly not much left of the Josh 1:1. Just the movement, hands and case. The biggest plus wen this came out was the dial with no date word. But honestly the dial is horrible
