I think I used to get that same list of watches for sale. Was it from some jeweler in Texas? I bought a couple of watches from them in the early 90's

Revisiting this. Looks like the PW changed from ***999. I emailed about a week ago, no response. Even tried 'tumbling' some obvious PW choices. If anyone has the most recent please DM. -or to the OP Is Ruby gone?
I think Ruby is gone. When Ruby does answer their emails, they tell you to go to their new site: https://vintagewatchpart.net/
The password is still 666999
The pictures and offerings still are the same. I haven't tried to order anything from them, so I'm not sure if their service is still the same.

You will also need a new stem for the PE50 movement. The original one will be too short.

Looks great!
What movement did you use? How is the BiVintage case? I've been thinking of getting his 16610 case.

This is probably your best bet for keeping the insert in the bezel
-
I found this on ebay. I don't know if they are any good, but for $21, it might be worth a try
-
What model submariner? Is it an aluminum insert or ceramic? If the insert was glued in before, then that is probably your best option again.

I've had some of those misses too, but none as bad as missing out on a Milsub!
