These pieces usually need to be 'minty' to be worth decent money, that's what Tag owners are after imo, if it's cheap then maybe worth a look but $$ value not sure mate.

I have no photography skill whatsoever. It's just the camera that's good.

Funny, I just bought the gen version in white at a local AD 2hrs ago. Very happy with it.

I think the white dial one would be very close, from what I saw on one of the dealer websites.

Get a micro fiber cloth and put a small amount of wd40 on it then rub the bracelet with it and buff with the cloth   should leave it lubed 'and' with a shiny look too !

Check the link and go to page 1 mate    this is more or less what I do with every bracelet I get (inc Gen) works a treat and lubed for ages   the wax lube is left where it needs to be and nowhere else

We agreed to fight a duel to the death by PM, but in the end he decided to let me live so I guess we're all friends again

I had my blade sharpened, but unfortunately, sneed12, being the better guy, refused to engage me further.

He also warned me that my PMs may or may not be replied, as he may not have 7 seconds to spare me.

Oh well. Next time, we can duel to the death, but for now, I am backing up.

C'mon guys think this thread went a bit skew a couple posts back, big hugs all round I reckon    

My take is this...........if I was in the same situation in real life would I ignore someone point blank if they asked me a question?  No I wouldn't.......even if it was a bloody stupid one    I've also asked and bought at least half dozen pieces that were listed Conus only on here and the other forums, it's worth a nudge if you really like the piece...........but don't get too upset if no reply guys      

I always do my best to be polite.

 

I also understand that on forums these days, being ill-mannered is a matter of self-convenience, something which I do not agree with myself.

It takes about 5-10sec to send a short thank you reply, and this reply would make someone's life more pleasant in a very little way. Why not?

Nothing surprises me these days with people on forums or in day to day dealing with Real people, however I have to say I agree with Legend on this     Life can be such an uphill struggle for some and even if my polite reply makes their day just a little better than it was for me it's worth bothering about.

But I am 'old school' and as such still try to treat emails/texts as if actual chat, most people these days don't    One member that has made me smile lately was over on RwI, I wanted to buy a Gen piece he was selling but he had a guy before me so I had to wait, unfortunately for me the deal went through so no watch for me but the seller made the effort to let me know that day and then searched/kept an eye out for me for another one the same and emailed me to let me know where it was too, do I appreciate the effort he has made? Of course I bloody do and when he has another piece for sale I'm confident to buy from him too

One thing I have noticed after the reset my posts won't 'post' in the normal way ? I click on 'post' as normal then it says saving post in the bottom right hand corner for ages and ages and ages,,, you get the idea then if I click the thread closed and reopen my post is there? It also doesn't show up when you hit the view new posts button....................

My Vintage 1665 Mbw build was in the same state when I got, Mbw are a cracking case to work with but the bracelets can be a bit hit and miss mate   I found that the WSO 580 endlinks fit perfectly with a rep 93150 bracelet and 20mm spring bars (mine are fitted with tc 2.0 bars) and it is a rock solid fitment, I also used the Tc Sd bracelet clasp and it fitted up fantastic to the 93150.

If you need a set of 580 end links WSO has them in stock all the time  Let us know how you get on !
