  1. Hi,

I am relatively new to the replica world. I have recently acquired a VC overseas (new version) and a breitling evolution from one of the trusted dealers. I have reading and trying to figure out as to what are MBW/MBK watches and how does one go about acquiring them. Is there a URL where pictures of their watches is displayed..Also in addition i was wondering as to how does one see all watches offered by TTK for sale.

    Thanks,

    Ishann

  2. The TT BCE looks like a very nice watch. Had the Two Tone version came out earlier, I had most likely ordered that..

The gold plating of the newer replicas seems to be very good. There are many genuine Chronomats from the 1990ties with the gold plating on the rider tabs wearing off.. It looks very tatty!

Never bought a two tone watch before, always been very skeptical about the gold wearing off...also i read some posts where alot of our members suggest not to go for a two tone watch as it comes out...I have emailed a couple of dealers and asked them if they could make the plating thicker...if anyone else here has any experience with two tone watches...please let me know...Also i was checking Angus's watch descreption..his says that the watch has 8 microns whereas josh's and andrew's says it has 5 mil of platting....is it the same thing???

    Thanks,

    iD

  3. Hi,

I was wanting to order the Breitling Chronomatic Evolution and was interested in the either the graphite or the grey dial. I was wondering if anyone has ordered the two tone version of the watch and would appreciate if anyone could comment or advice me on the accuracy of the watch. Also, i have never ordered a tt watch before and was wanting to know how good is the gold platting and if it comes off with time or not. And finally, would it possible for me to ask one of the dealers to make it 10 mils (if it makes a difference). Guys please do reply and help me here...

    Thanks,

    iD

  4. Do any of our other dealer carry the ultimate fiddy or anyone else having which is as good as davidsen's...along with the extra's that he installs in the watch..

    Thanks,

    iD

Davidsen doesn't seem to be replying...in regards to the fiddy has anyone seen or ordered Angus's super edition or the fully moded version of the watch. I'd really appreciate if the experts around here could throw some light on his version...is it as good as davidsen's ultimate fiddy.

    Thanks,

    iD

  5. Hi,

Thanks for your response, from what it seems, he posted a new topic about 3 weeks back itself..maybe he's got some new ones in stock..i have already sent him a message and waiting for his reply. Do you have any idea if he provides watch service before shipment.

    Thanks,

    iD

Davidsen doesnt seem to be replying...has anyone been in touch with him lately...

    Thanks,

    iD

  6. They are both very different watches, but the general consensus is that the fiddy is the more accurate rep. Last I heard he was out of stock though....

  7. Ishann,

I purchased what I think may have been the last Conquistador Rep (like the one you have shown) with a black face about two months ago. I am still looking for a white face Conquistador and have yet to find a dealer who actually has the watch. To the best of my knowledge the Conquistador you have pictured has not been made for some time although many dealers still list it.

If you find a source, please let me know. I am still looking for a white face version.

Oh, and to answer your question - the Conquistador you have pictured above is one of the best, if not the most accurate rep - by far!

(All though the black face is a little more accurate because the hands are polished like gen where as the blue hands on the white face rep are a little off)

If you can find it - buy it...

I guess you are right...i have emailed all dealers and so far none of them seem to be having it. So now from where i stand..can someone tell me how good is the casablanca rep..what are its flaws..how close is it to the gen

  8. yah, that's a genuine FM dial. I did the transplant after I bought the watch with a black face.

I just tried the casablanca and conq...the conq looks small on my hand so thats kinda out now..sorry..could someone please give me input on only the casablanca..what are the flaws..how accurate is it when compared to the gen...quality of the bracelet..etc.

    Thanks,

    iD

  9. The biggest differences between a gen DJ and a rep are going to be small differences in sizes of parts and that they aren't interchangeable. A rep case won't be the exact same size as a gen, typically a mm larger, rep crown is maybe slightly smaller. Gen dials are slightly smaller than rep dials. Stuff like that. But w/o a pair of calipers, who can tell the diff just by looking at a gen and a rep side by side. They're slightly different, but when a reps on your wrist, no one's gonna know for sure without a closer inspection.

Thanks alot for your input...what about the date mag on the rep

  10. Considering that I just spent $500 building a TT Frankenjust and I still don't have a band with solid gold mid-links (I'm currently wearing the watch with a dark brown leather strap), I'd have to figure it's not a bad deal if you want a band with solid gold mid-links. The DJ is a fairly easy watch to copy, so you really shouldn't have any problems there.

Still could someone point out the flaws that are there on the watch..Im not really an expert or even close to being one.

    Thanks,

    iD

  11. Hi,

I was placing an order for the FM rose gold but was informed that the price of the watch has gone up to about USD 2000. Could someone please help me decide or guide me to which one of the two watches is a better rep.. I have heard the conq is one of the best reps but its available only in the silver dial...if someone could give me some input on the casablanca i'd really appreciate that..

  12. All you can do at this point is get with Eddie. Hopefully he will be able to work something out w/ Paypal and get your money back from them and resend it to you in another manner (WU, Moneybookers, check or whatever). Most of the dealers here are having problems with Paypal and are no longer using it. Paypal won't allow payment for counterfeit merchandise and has apparently figured out who some of the replica watch dealers are and is making things hard for them. I figure it's none of Paypals business what we're buying, but I guess they're playing by the Golden Rule. Since they've got your gold, they make the rules. Just one more reason why Paypal sucks!

Thanks for your response. I told the eddie the same thing but he keeps on telling me to claim through visa or my bank. But how can i claim something that did not go through me and anyways the transaction was not eligible for seller protection. Please tell me how do i explain this to him.

    Thanks,

    iD

  13. HI,

To begin i had ordered a watch from eddie around the begining of the year and due to custom problems he was unable to ship the watch through to me. Now on the 14th of February he refunded my payment which was supposed to get cleared today and on checking my paypal it came to my notice that the status is cancelled. On emailing eddie, he responded back saying that his account has been frozen and he is unable to send or recieve payments. He told me to talk to paypal and when i spoke to them they told me that there was nothing i could to about as there was nothing wrong at my end, and that even when the issue got resolved the money would be routed back to the sender and he will have to issue me a fresh payment. The transaction is ineligible for the seller transcation policy and there is no way i can claim it from visa or the bank. Also, paypal told me that there is no point in filing a dispute as its his account thats frozen and unless that gets resolved nothing can happen. Could someone please help me out tell me what to do here, the amount is about $1450 and i need the money very badly...please guide me what to do.

    Thanks,

    iD
