  1. Well. After many months of faithful timekeeping my Trusty Top Gun has a problem.

Crown no longer screws in. It's been getting progressively worse a while now.

Opinions? Only solution is gen tube and crown? In which case can anyone point me in the right direction for parts or a modder in EU who can get them??

Thanks guys. Love this watch so want it back on my wrist ASAP!!

  2. I never said that and am not going to engage in debate. Previously people shyed away from posting personal contact details like this and opted to offer them via pm or other means. Regardless the issue.

I have been here a long time and lost pieces before to modders.

I was simply offfering a word of caution over personal details openly in threads.

  3. Dear God!!

So i got a mail from Mike apologising for delay in reply and explaining mail issues.

He gave me the tracking number for my watch. Sent early last week.

US to Spain often takes up to 3 weeks. I have a note today to go collect as its at the post office. So first thing tomorrow I'll be going to collect.

Long delay. Explanations an apologies given from Mike. Watch waiting at post office.

Oh. And he had it since April i think. Long haul. Patience. An its back.

  4. I have the blue po ti swiss.

I know its got a few minor issues to gen, ignoring the movement.

Mine does need a service as rotor is a bit sticky so doesn't wind so well.

But i think swiss version even if dirty and needing a service, is best. With a swiss you have better ease of service and spares.

Re UK rep servicing. Don't know of any that are left. But there is a guy in Madrid whi was superb on my IWC top gun.
