Old thread I know, but I have had a (budget) PO for a week. Bought from one of the trusted vendors and the crystal shattered for no reason as well. I just don't understand it. When I received the watch it had a dented bezel insert, that was being worked out as a new insert was being sent to me, first time I wear the watch outside of the house and the clasp breaks in my hand as I am taking the watch off to show a friend, now I come home and put my daily wearer into the watch box and the PO has a shattered crystal. I never dropped the thing, I have been so careful with it. All of my other watches are fine and the glass top on my watch box is fiine as well. I have PM'ed the dealer, hopefully they send me a new watch or refund my money.

I have to honestly say I have no clue, I have resized plenty of bracelets and changed straps but this pin and tube defintely look different than anything I have come across. But they definitely don't fit together and I am thinking that the pin is broken. Anyhow, I think Ihave enough info to fix this and maybe I will try to find a rep friendly watchsmith to fix it. thanks for the info

Thanks for the reply and advice, this is my first rep and it's a budget PO so will likely not be putting too much money into it. I do have the 2 piece pin, but strangely enough they don't fit together. Cannot slide the smaller pin inside the sleeve. I will try again when I get home with my proper tools.

Hello all,
I am hoping someone can clear this up for me. My new Omega PO rep bracelet fell apart after wearing it for the first time. As you can see from the pics, the pin fell out where the three bars are held together inside the clasp. According to the link: http://www.ofrei.com/page393.html it seems as if this pin is not available (the pin that I was able to recover when this fell apart is bent and doesn't seem to fit together).
Has anyone had this happen to them, if so how did you resolve this? I could always just send the watch back to the vendor if neccessary, but want to try to avoid that if possible (but wouldn't be a big deal since we are both in CONUS).
Sorry about the crappy cam phone pics:

thanks for the help all.

I have read some reviews online and over at repgeek about a simlar one being sold on JomaShop recently, link, and they have said its fairly quiet and working for over a year. Not really sure its the same, but it seems to be identical and rebranded for sale by JS. I may go ahead and take the chance. Those LED's are effing terrible though.

Hello all, anyone have any opinions about the watch winder on http://1saleaday.com? Putting aside your feelings about the site of course. I know alot of people don't like them. But I have ordered alot in the past and have never had an issue with them.
Anyhow, I know it can only hold 2 watches, so its small but I just started out in the rep world and can probably pass this down to my brother in law or father after a few months when I grow out of it. And the main question and probably most obvious, is having a watch winder really neccessary?

sry nice but why get fakes of already bad and overpriced headphones as original? waste of cash imo.
if u can, try to get sennheiser(hd 600) or shure, at least will be worth it
Its a status thing, much like watches. Why wear a watch that is not the real thing? To each his own...

No problems here, using IE9. Possible browser issue? What browser are you using?

You should prob start in the rolex section, not omega .

Hmm..sorry about that...I copied/pasted...I went back and edited....hopefully it links you directly...
Yep, works now.

Your link goes to repgeek first, then to http://www.yameidahk.com/. I guess the hyperlink has repgeek redirector embedded in it. Good review though, I may pick up a couple.

I am new...this is nothing special, but its the watch that made me want more, found RWG and bought an Omega PO from WBK and looking for my next one.

I was trying to be funny, quite obvious that watch needs a hand of some sort.

Sites looking good thus far. Good luck!

nope, just takes forever to ship
p.s.
no one is saying these tools will compare to the higher end stuff that is sold by forum dealers
but for a price of a latte, these ain't bad either
just my 2 cents, but...1saleaday is like Woot, sure they take forever to ship, but you will get it. I recently ordered a shark vacuum from them, was received within 2 weeks. Unless their ebay shipments take even longer, that I have no experience with.

Thanks for the post and for making my decision harder LOL!

Thanks for this, but randomly trying any links ..all 404 errors. Links are dead.
42mm PO... What's the best game in town?

$110, its very nice for the money actually, feels very substantial when wearing it. Its not perfect, has happy feet, but the HE valve seems like its in the correct position, has purple tone AR. The seller is fixing everything for me though. Anyway, if you want super budget and super not accurate, look for the $29 PO's in the Omega section.
