Ive started spending my lunchtimes cycling & running up stairs. Started counting calories, & doing weights. its hard, you will reach the point of mental failure many times where you just give up, but you have to push yourself to physical muscle failure to get results. Like my mother in law, she is a firm believer in easy money & easy fitness. Her latest "health" tool is a vibrating plate. It shakes all the money out of your wallet.

But my 6 year old son wants me to get one Iam in IT so if I feel a need to punch a computer i want it to stay down for good.

Anything off an infomercial is usually CRAP. Proper eating, a lot of sweat & pain are the only remedy.

Hello Ive always wanted a silver Phantom skull ring, but my wife is strictly against the idea. She thinks they are juvenile & wont look good at all. Anybody here wear one? Opinion? Iam in my early 30's.

Out of the VE line, my favourite is still the Energia, because its so unique looking, especially the Mk1. As much as I like it, its poor bang for buck can get 2 reps for the price. And the mis-spelling on the caseback is very offputting.

Thanks. Still undecided about the Vostok Europe. Its a fantastic looking watch, but its pricy, only mineral glass and a spelling mistake on the caseback. Not things you want in a gen. Better stick to reps!. Hey, anybody suggest a similar looking rep?
