Hmm, I do plan on wearing frequency. All of this indecision is frustrating. I just can't trust the durability. My first rep purchase 4 months ago was a speedmaster, I still haven't been able to wear it more than a day. I kept having QC issues and after sending it back once, getting a defective one again, I finally payed to have it repaired. Must have spent 50-60 bucks on top of the cost already and haven't even worn it.

Its amazing how much the price difference is for the Swiss ETA. I'm thinking I'll go with the 4813 for $140

However, I do hope it stays open.... I'm really thinking about getting a 42mm PO from josh. So close to pulling the trigger on the cheaper movement version with orange bezel.

The problem is that a rep with manual wind threaded crown means you're threading and unthreading that thing constantly. I think it will strip soon if the quality of the rest of it is any indication.

Well, I found someone in LA to look at it, I'm on the west coast near san jose. He charges 20, so I think I'll just ship it there. Might also have him take a look at making it non threaded crown.

Yup! It was there the first time. When I unscrewed it to wind for the second time, it just fell out when I undid the threads. And yes, despite being the best moonie rep, they are that far off. Would definitely be willing to exchange for something else...getting fed up with this thing.

I'm on the west coast. Bay area. I wouldn't mind trying to regulate it myself either, I'd just need help with regards to which lever is regulation and which is isosynchocy. Also, with which direction to nudge said lever.

I ordered a Speedmaster rep from Mary about 3 months ago. Upon receiving it, one of the pushers promptly broke off and she had me send back the watch head. Well I received my new one last night. I set it before going to bed, and it lost 5 minutes over night. I'm not familiar with how to regulate the ST-19 movement. Anyone have any tips or tricks on regulating it or have suggestions? I really don't want to pay to ship it back to China for a SECOND time.
