Thanks again. Does anyone know of a jeweler in the Boulder, CO area who could press this back in, or advise me how to find one that won't have a problem working on reps? There are a lot of high-end shops around here and I don't want to get in a situation where someone throws a fit because this is a rep.

Thanks for all the help and advice everyone! I finally heard back from the seller and he instructed me to return the item so he can fix it. I'm not sure if he will cover the cost of return shipping or how long this all will take, and I also told him I wanted a new watch because there is a small issue with the clasp as well. I'll post again with the outcome. I've read a lot of threads this past week and have learned a considerable amount from this site. What's the best way to handle this situation if he doesn't respond? I paid with a credit card, can I file a complaint with my credit card company? I recently received an Ultimate DSSD, but unfortunately, it arrived with a pretty major issue. The crystal seems to be pressed in crooked. It's flush where it meets one side of the bezel, but sticks about 1mm higher on the opposite side. Is there any way to fix this and can I do it myself? If so, what tools would I need? Other than that issue, the watch looks excellent. I discovered this site while researching the seller and he received several positive reviews, but I did not become aware of the 'trusted seller' list until after my purchase. I was also interested in a couple other watches, but am now very hesitant with this quality control issue. Are imperfections like this common with reps, or could I avoid these issues by purchasing from the 'trusted sellers' listed on this site? Thanks, in advance, for any help!

Great post! Does the gen have the laser-etched crystal? It's visible in the photo of the rep, but I heard they did away with the lec on the new gen's.
