Well. I finally got the watch back from service. It cost some $900 including this damaged one to get it serviced on my arm. Not worth it when looking back but wtf, now its done and i know the procedure.
I also know that second hands that move erratic might still do so after service and need other more expensive attention than the "standard" service. So if you need issues like that corrected, remember to notify your Watchmaker about it.
