  1. I personally think that it looks pretty good, the only problem with buying two tone reps in my opinion is that the gold tone often doesn't resemble the luster and color of true gold. I would personally go with a 16710 gmt master in ss or if you like the ceramic then get one in ss. just my opinion however, if you like it go with it it, like i said overall it looks pretty good.
  2. Can anyone tell me what they think about this particular timepiece http://www.perfect-clones.net/rolex-rlgs10003-gmt-master-ii-ss-bluered-bezel-pepsi-swiss-eta-28362-p-1727.html from Perfect-Clones.net, also is Perfect-Clones a reliable rep dealer, do they market high-quality reps, the rep pictured appears to be high quality but often times what you see and what you receive are two totally different timepieces. It also appears to have an ICHS but that really doesn't matter to me and with the ETA 2836 from what i understand the CHS models tend to break down more often than ICHS models. Thanks for the help.
  3. thanks for all of the help guys, the incorrect hand stack doesn't really bother me, another question, have any of you dealt with puretime before? i've dealt with rep magic and watch-international and have been sort of unimpressed, does puretime have good quality and are they reliable? the only thing that bothers me is when these dealers produce blatant flaws like bent hands or incorrect bezels, which i've experienced previously, i don't want it to happen again.
  4. i'm a bit new here, so excuse my ignorance but does ICHS mean?
  5. Recently my Rolex GMT Coke 16710 was not working properly and the movement needs to be replaced, I have considered simply replacing the entire watch instead of the ETA 2839 movement which runs around $170, can anyone tell me what they think of this watch, and has anyone dealt with this company before PureTime Watches International? Is it a good off the market piece for the price and does the company make good timepieces or are the scammers? Thanks. http://www.puretimewatches.org/product/gmt-master-ii-bluered-bezel/
  6. In regards to replacing the bezel on a Rolex 16710 from a Coke insert to a Pepsi insert, what are the risks or differences for replacing the insert as compared to a gen? I understand with the GEN Subs and GMT-Masters it is a matter of prying off the bottle cap bezel and it simply pops off, I understand there is little quality control with rep timepieces so, has anyone ran into any differences with replacing their bezel inserts compared to a gen, or is the process pretty much standard to the design? Thanks.
  7. Currently my Rolex GMT-Master II Coke with an ETA 2836 movement is being repaired it has been about three weeks and my watch guy says he still working on it, the watch itself stopped ticking and when the power reserve ran down it came back on for around one minute and then stopped again, I went to wind it had a gritty, grinding feeling that doesn't feel normal, i though it simply needed to be serviced but it has been taking a while so i'm waiting for the phone call that the movement needs to be replaced and want to be prepared? Anyone run into similar issues or have any ideas? Thanks.
  8. Hi, I'm new to RWG and was wondering if anyone knew of a place to get a quality, modified ETA 2836-2 movement with a GMT function for a GMT-Master? My movement may need to be replaced and was wondering if anyone knew where to acquire them. Thanks.
