He will chim in when 50 people have signed the list in his section on rg.
At this moment i have the one and only YM he had, but like i said we need 50 or more signed before he offers them for 500 public
Thanks mate. But my comment was referring to his reviews on his blog site, like he has done for all the version of sub parts that he's come across. He had posted one wristie of the YM there, but has yet to do a pro/con, what's good what's bad about this version of YM. When I queried him via e-mail about the YM, he stated he was going to post a thorough review on his blog, but just hasn't had a chance yet. My only point here was that I would like to see that review from him on the good, the bad and the ugly regarding this version before I commit to $500 for one.

No love for the ym??
There's not as much info from TC on this YM like the subs that he does. Maybe it's hard for people to commit to $500 without a more detailed review by TC himself.

What about establishing a petition sign up here for those who do not frequent the blue screen? Plus, you know, just in case it goes down again for a few weeks...

Some very nice Blancpain Fifty Fathoms here. I need to get one myself at some point. Decided to initially just tip my toe in to test the waters. Here's my cheaper gateway drug version.

This one is kind of interesting and summery. Saw someone in the WC thread rocking it.

Overall this watch is phenominal and has exceeded all my expectations that I have built up over the few months before actually purchasing it. I will let you read the specs at the links below, but a couple of items to note. The specs state it has an in-house Ebel 750 movement, but the AD told me that these actually have the Valjoux 7750 movement. I haven't opened the back to confirm either way. The 18k gold mid-links are not solid all the way through (as seen in the last pic), but were described by the AD as caps (hence the less than $10k retail price point). I will let the pics below do the rest of the talking.

Thanks for letting me share!

Great thread. I just bought this. Maybe the specialists can take a look at it:
Nice! I was just following that exact one on the bay. You must have won it at $775. I almost thought about bidding on it, but decided to do more research and look at some other options like mentioned above.
