Indept—looks like your caliper is a bit off. I see 28mm from the ruler itself.

I use 2824 clone (val24). The movement spacer is raffles I believe, may need to sand it down a bit.

vibes—your smooth bezel is for 16200 sapphire.

Wow that looks fantastic! I have a similar build with 16000 case and yuki dial. I can’t bring myself to drill out the lugs though.

You may also try ruby's watch for dials.

I love and built vintage rolexes, but always feel strange wearing watches that make me look older than I am (37).

Do you know who the builder is? Maybe he can fix it for you.

It could be 9015 or 2824/36

My 1016 with 16014 case, yuki dial and JMB bezel
The 16200 case is much taller. Here is my 114270 Franken

You don't have to get it from MQ or Phong. Above someone mentioned Ruby. I checked with her last year for this particular case. She quoted me $620.

Yes it's the riyi case. but mostly we use ETA movements. I don't think Riyi case fits 3130 movement. Not sure about call 3000 if that's what you have.
-
Yeah, not sure anyone tried ruby's 1016 case.
JMB's case is good on frontal and side profile, but I feel the 16200 case back is too thick and sits high on the wrist. 16200 case is designed for sapphire crystal. While plexi fits it adds to the thickness.

I have everything but a case...been looking for 20+ years.
Have you tried a vietnam 1016 case?

Where can you find a 1016 service dial? These are super rare...

Ugh too much trouble. Guess I'd stick with a non-fliplock clasp instead.

Looking to shorten this side of the raffles bracelet by 2 links. There are 4 fixed links so I plan to directly hook the fixed links to the clasp. However i have no idea how to remove and reinstall the rivet. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Don't know how small you need to go, but I sized my Mary 7836 down to 6.75" with room to spare.
I'd like to have 4 links on the 6 o'clock side. Otherwise the clasp is in an uncomfortable location for me.

I am considering adding a Mary 7836 folded bracelet to my 1016 build. Do all the links come apart, or some are fixed? I want to make sure it can be resized small.
Thanks!

Is the bracelet width corrected? I think gen is 19mm.
