Looks like the right type of drill, but why are you drilling lug holes in a 16014 case (which should already have lug holes)? &, by the way, the Datejust does not use the same 2mm dia springbars that are used in sports models like the Sub/SD.

Does a gen Rolex date wheel fit an ETA 2824-2 movement ?? Or do I need to use a good rep (TC) DWO ??

 

Also do gen hands fit an ETA 2824-2 or do I again need to use a good rep set made specifically for the ETA ??

Rolex Date Wheel wont fit, it also runs in the opposite direction so the date would in effect go back 31,30, 29 etc. TC DWO is the best bet.

Gen hands wont fit, again a TC hand set would be good.

We should have a scam thead, that can be updated with members that have done shaddy dealings and past scammers on. So when someone goes to do a deal with some one they can look at the thread and check against the memeber there woking with. Theres so many idiots out there its amazing.

Yours looks like a T-39 Superdome. The "wall" on a T-39 service dome is a little higher than the "wall" on a T-39 Superdome

Well, I recently withdrew a sales post. Sorry if that bothers you, but I thought better of my decision to sell, simple. For most of us watches are emotive and sometimes our emotions get the better of us, I listed the watch hoping to sell quickly and buy something else that caught my eye on the forum, but after looking at my sales post and thinking logically about how I would feel selling a watch I had put so much effort in to building, I withdrew from sale and immediately felt a sense of refief.
