  1. Hi all,

In the beginning of september I ordered a UPO with extra strap from Precious Time. I waited about 3 weeks before it arrived at my door. I noticed that the UPO had some problems. ( The pearl wasn't installed right on the bezel. The bezel was misalligned. It looks like the crystal was having a bad AR. There was a little spot at the backside that wasn't brushed or chromed.)

PT said: sent it back. I sent it back with registered mail on the first of October. The UPO and strap that I sent, is still not delivered at PT. I don't know what went wrong. I'm waiting for my replacement so long now!! I paid for the watch 2 months ago, and I stil do not have a watch!

What should I do it realy drives me crazy!?

  2. Pretty sure Jay just put the measurements from a standard SuperOcean on his site. You'll notice it's not labeled a "Steelfish" on the webpage. I've noticed similar typographic errors on quite a few of the rep dealers' sites.

However, the watch that I received from Jay is definitely a Steelfish rep.

Okay thnx dude. I looked on the website from breitling. I noticed that the steelfish has the Helium Vale positioned at 11 o'clock. On the rep. the Helium Valve is postioned at 9 o'clock. Is this a big flaw or what???

  3. Oke thnx I did'nt press the release button while reinsert the stem. Also I removed the stem in date position. I thought this was the best way :S

What can I do next to fix this problem? I really want to learn more about movements so I hope with some information I can fix this myself...?

  4. Thnx friend for the help

    1. It's an 7750 asian

    2. I didn't know that you have to set the time in non time setting before removing the stem.

    3. I removed the stem with the release button.

    4. I tried everything.....

I think I broke the keyless works. Can I fix it myself??

    1. What movt is in there? 7750 asian? Not being a Navi fan I have no idea but it would help to know ;)

    2. Did you remove the stem in the correct/safest position for that movt? Usually non-time-setting (pos.1) is the safest.

    3. Did you remove stem using release mechanism correctly? Buttons (auto) or screws (manual).

    4. You've tried slightly rotating stem as you reinsert? Sometimes needs a fine/precise touch to engage keyless works.

Only thing that can possibly have happened if those scenarios aren't ringing any alarm bells is that you've messed up the keyless works - don't panic, you haven't "f**ked up" the movement, just needs a quick dial-side fix by a competent watchsmith.
