  1. I tried to go to the links section, but it says I can't.
  2. RWI, I'll have to find out what that is. That is a very nice looking watch too.
  3. Same thing. Quote from Ball's website "The BALL solution to the problem of reading time in the dark is the Self-Powered Micro Gas Lights (3H). This Swiss technology safely captures pure tritium gas in a mineral glass tube coated with luminescent material."
  4. Do any rep watches have tritium in them? I've decided I want tritium in my next watch *be it genuine or a replica* that is also automatic. There are only a few watches that I know of that fit those two requirements. Luminox 1600, Traser Classic Automatic, and then Ball brand watches. Granted if money weren't a concern, I'd just straight up have a Ball, but it is and therefore the question
  5. What is this museum you talk about? It was mentioned my "Rolex" would be near the very top of it I'll take another look around and see if I can't find it.
  6. I've been reading some on this forum and wonder if I should get a replica watch. If I were to go with a replica, it would be a Rolex version as they seem to be the closest in terms of looks to the real thing. The two I was looking at was the W-2041 AUTOMATIC ETA 2836 FOR MAN 16610LV SO CALLED PERFECT SUBM from WO-Mart for $149, and the RLST10002 14K Wrapped TT Blue Dial Swiss Eta 2836-2 from WatchWindersWorld for $258. Is the one from WWW really worth $109 more than the one from WO-Mart? I also wonder on how long they will last. I would want something that will stand the test of time, as I'm not sure how easy it would be for someone to service it. At least with a genuine *not Rolex* I could take it to the AD and get it serviced. If I went with a genuine, I'd be looking at these watches for the most part: Accutron Gemini 26A09 or 26A10, Oris WilliamsF1 Team Day/Date, Ball Fireman or Ball Inspector. My current nicest watch is a Seiko Coutura SNP007. I also own a Calibre pocket watch, a Casio Wave Ceptor and a really really bad Rolex that I bought in Mexico. Here is a pic of the Rolex.
