  1. It isn't 'Britain First', it is the British people putting themselves first; first before Europe and first before immigration etc. Is this wrong? You'd put yourselves before others, it's human nature after all. Now, don't confuse refugees with immigrants. As a nation, we have long embraced immigration. However, there sometimes is too much, and this is now. Refugees from Africa, the Middle East, the Indian sub-continent: we are a small island nation and it is full - a seventh the area of France with a not dissimilar population. School places full, hospital beds full, immigrants(aka refugees) claiming housing and social security benefits etc. They get given a house, food etc. If I don't work I get nada, zilch even though I've paid into the system for nearly 30 years! Now, I'm far from a Royalist, but the Royals are no better or worse than any other influential family anywhere in the world. It's only because the term Royal is used and titles are hereditary that we put them under the microscope. I don't think the Queen has ordered anyone shot recently. Although Phil-the-Greek may have hand a hand in a certain car accident circa 20 years ago - just saying. Anyway, upwards and onwards.
  2. Maybe the Netherlands will follow Martijn? What do you think? This could be the start of the fall of a house or cards. I expect not, but it just could be.
  3. Absolute rubbish. The UK has been ruled by unelected and unaccountable officials in Brussels for far too long. As for immigration equaling racism, I've rarely heard such crap. The UK had welcomed immigrants with open arms for years. I've worked in industry whereby we rely on immigrants to provide cheap labour and no one I've come across is racist. People are fed up with our small island having to accept Brussels decisions, and yes, that includes taxation, laws and immigration to name a few. This maybe good for the UK and other European countries into the future, time will tell.
  4. Yes, the dials are interchangable. However, the sub dial hands may need changing - I can't remember if the subdials are different diameters, but they are in the same location.
  5. I don't know the model well so I can tell you the tells, but the overall finish looks poor. So let's say it a fake.
  6. Indeed, welcome to the most pleasant part of the Internet.
  7. Oh ffs! Why did you post these, I now have to add another Omega to my want list. Yes Mike, agreed black and silver - first, others come later
  8. Hmmm something went wrong! Why can't I delete one of the photos???
  9. I'd start here - http://rwg.cc/forum/64-puretime-watches-international A link from their TD page should get you in contact with the real Puretime rather than an scam ones on the net. Then take it from there.
  10. Breaking up the Rolex party with my faded (vintaged!) PO.
  11. If you are paying via PayPal you can cancel the automatic payments in your PayPal account. Otherwise I'm not sure, wait for a mod here I guess!
  12. No, not at all. In fact there's no point to this question. And, as we know you're much more capable of asking a better question you really should try harder. The point of a question is to create debate, or at least generate interest and response. Your question has done neither. And just for the record, your question sucketh. It sucketh mightily.
  13. Thank you. A blue Toad all the way from Australia to the UK
  14. Good man. Photos once done please
  15. I know that it will have been asked before, probably numerous times in different guises: but, how much is too much to spend on a rep/franken before you decide to buy a sensibly priced gen instead? For me: I've a few frankens including some in build and have probably no more than £500/$750 in any one build. I see guys here investing several thousand in a vintage build or a überfranken, but really, are they worth it?
  16. Hmmmm just about acceptable. There are weeks when I change watches more often than my pants*! * pants being underpants to our 'merican cousins.
  17. Nice choice. I guess it's a day trip? Any longer you'd need at least 6, including a white dial, something on a bracelet and a dress (for dinner) watch.
  18. Yes, yes. Screws on the side. I did mine a long while ago and it was very easy. Just be careful and choose a well sized screwdriver.
