Hi All
Please advise are there any Pan reps under 40mm dia. or is that in smallest size they do. Anything around a 38mm.
Any suggestions!
Thanks in advance
40MM is as small as they get....

I thought you were referring to children.
Already have 2 of those! They are FAR more expensive than my watch or even my car habit!

Just ordered a 187 and a 127 from EL! Can't wait to have the beast on my wrist!

Found this posted on one of the gen watch forums, whaddya think? Gen swiss made watch for high-end rep money (~$450 I think)

I really like it and since they have a few left, might order my first gen for a while
That is a beautiful piece! Jump all over that!

so you are a chrono guy...i have- had all of the PAMs you wanted...sold the 212 (i miss it)...have the other two...just had today the 196 on my wrist (new case)...
if you like so much the chronos...and the 187 (my favourite) is too big for you...i'd advise to you to get the 192...it is a wonderful rep...and don't be focused too much about the accuracy...i think that lately in the watches section was posted a nice 196 (modded) go and check it...and if you like it...buy it!
Funny about the 196 - I tried to buy that watch today! He sold it shortly before I put in my offer.......

I can't help it. They call to me in the night! I have a gen Breitling, rollie already. Lots of other assorted stuff. Something about them I just love though. The IWC's are nice too! Does anyone have $100,000 laying around that they would like to give me so I can buy and test all the reps out there? In return I'll do detailed writeups on all of them!
Back to the drawing board. 212 has too many inaccuracies, 187 from what im hearing is too big to be practical and the 196 is hard to come by with right older case.

Here's a radical suggestion - don't buy a PAM at all....

8 total, 6 get serious wrist time.

Totally torn between these 3. Love the fact that the 187 is like 800 lbs, definetley gets noticed. Love the 196 for the coolness factor. Love the 212 for the carbon strap and classic styling. Which one is closest to gen overall and who is the best vendor to get it from? I get most of my stuff from EL.

Jos also has a 212 with AR coated sapphire crystal. All the others are mineral glass.
Mine is on order...
Here is the version with the Asian 7750 Highbeat movement.

You can have a Swiss 7750, instead, if your pockets are a little deeper than mine.
Thats nice - could likely be my next rep. Im torn between 212, 187 and 196.... Hmmm...

Patek Phillipe Caliber 89 - 33 complications.... WOW

The 183H with the sapphire and swanneck is very close as well.

UGLY! And $7500 for any shoes is just retarded.

I think the USA will take it all this year. Go USA!
Italy in a 3-0 landslide.......

Interesting - BS but interesting. Maybe he was in jail for stealing RWG watches.....

To go on a little rant here............
I really think that pornographic avatars degrade the membership, and paints pictures of us all being horny middle-aged guys who have to get their instant gratification off pictures instead of the "real thing". This is the worst way to attract single women if you are single, I'm telling you now.
Sounds like you know from experience...

Can't find the explanation on the other site - can anyone sum it up?

I tend to agree here that I would rather not see the naked ladies in the forum - unless of course it's MU! (KIDDING). Seriously though I think it takes away from the focus of our group and drives off some. I love to look at a beautiful woman as much as the next guy but im here to look at watches (just my 2 cents worth)

Without ANY DOUBT... the 212 is exactlly what they all said...
BY FAR the best Panerai..
Design, comfort, size, contemporary/vintage PLUS if you want tyou can have it with SWISS movement to last for ages...
Every Panerai has its special beauty BUT as I said if I had to choose JUST ONE it would be the 212.
So who has the best 212? Besides a Gen 212 of course for you smartasses out there...

Donate all of it to me, so you don't have to pay any more taxes!
$1500 RWG cash coming your way. Don't forget who your freinds are though.......

I think im going to hold off to the next round of 187's - stripped screws, bezel clicks off, etc. Plus I need an excuse to wait for the 7753. 1
