I just followed the instructions on my Navitimer 7750 and it worked a treat. Just what I needed to do after snapping my stem in half on my first opening experiment!

I'm a moron who broke the stem in half when attempting to remove the movement from the case. Any ideas on where one can be sourced? The Zigmeister et.at: Any instructions (earlier tutorials?) on how correctly to remove the stem on these chronographs?
