  1. so now you see this pixs. give it to me straight, tell me of ALL the flaws.

*special thanks to coolfire for answering all my newb questions =)

The movement has no swan neck and the Officine Panerai seems to be painted instead of engraved. Perhaps it's just the way it came out on the photo. Short cannon pin and white dial fonts - fixable. Luminor Marinas are beautiful, legendary watches. Sadly, they all require a few mods.

  2. i finally got the watch in my avatar today! Ebel 1911 BTR chrono... man is it awesome! in-house movement

can't get it off my wrist!

Fantasic watch! It reminds me a bit of Baume & Mercier Capeland (black and orange edition). My coworker's got one and I like it a lot!

  3. Sorry to be off-topic. I see it's 7753. Is that the default datewheel or you've changed it?

Yea, pictures are needed at this point else he ought to written off a shill. My 196 with The Zigmeister-applied C3 looks identical to all the gens I've ever seen.... including the one below.

  4. And I can say something about the banning questions that The Zigmeister has posted. I used to mod a fairly large forum and admin a couple of others. To make the story short, I've had fairly decent exposure to the forum and portal software packages and unless something changed in the last two years, the software behind forums doesn't really offer any way to effectively ban someone who doesn't want to get banned. Admins have access to a few extra hidden profile details, and can see our IPs but that's generally it. As long as one re-registers with an email that wasn't previously used and logs from another location / releases and renews WAN interface DHCP settings, the forum software assumes it is a brand new person.
