How do I get in touch with The Zigmeister? He doesn't take board messages. I downloaded his web page, which has detailed price listings for repairs but no contact information.
You can contact The Zigmeister here through private messaging. You might not be able to do it right now because he mentioned taking 2 weeks off in April.

Also, there is a small typo in this paypal information. He lists it as mail@ leonellocalvetti.com . You need to delete the extra space following the @ symbol.
I bet it's not a mistake. People oftentimes put spaces or replace @ with AT or (at) in order to avoid their email address from being picked up by crawlers, search engine bots, etc.

I am for one as well, if you have any left.

Just got my Omega SMP from Josh. before I write a review, I have a stupid question. the outer edges (surface where screws are) of the links are all polished. I thought the gen had brushed ends? This is also true on my UPO. Are both of these gens polished or brushed SS. It's an easy fix if brushed...........
I believe the edges on Seamaster Pro and Planet Oceans are in fact polished. But then again, I've seen a gen a few months ago and perhaps my memory is betraying me.

Now that they have all the ingredients.... I will wait for the RG with Ceramic bezel version!
Started to feel the need for something gold and this one would be just great!
This looks like gen. The red paint doesn't extend all the way down between the "H" on replicas. If that's fixed, I might be tempted to buy one.

Ouch, I have just looked closely at the 111H from Davidsen. The one I have received has the wrong dial with large L SWISS MADE L text nearly touching the 6 digit and thinner crown. Both, clearly different from the pictures posted by the seller. I hope I can replace it. More info to follow.

Gents,
I have 111 from Davidsen and 177 from Joshua. Keep in mind that this is my first Davidsen's PAM. I was surprised to find out that the crowns were identical on both. The 177's one wasn't even sandblasted but that's besides the point. The crowns from Joshua and Davidsen are the same which leads me to the question. Weren't the Davidsen's ones supposed to be better than average? Or perhaps the rest of the industry is catching up?

Finepics,
I tried to send you a PM but your box was full. Any possibility of ever having a datewheel for Pam196 ETA 7753? If so, I'd gladly buy one.

TCstraps.com is another large vendor.

4. Coming soon for the A7750. Watch the forum.
Will it fit 7753 as well?
-
Well, I happen to disagree... I have a "New style" Pam 188 (7753) and the Dial looks FAR superior to the old ones... My only compliant are the Lug hole position and the fack these new cases use different Screws
RonCast, how's the crown these new ones?
-
I see that the "deep" datewheel has been fixed as well. It is fixable on both Swiss 7753 and 7750?
-
I was looking at 196 myself but don't know much about it. I know datewheels were offered by finepics but I don't know whether he's got any left. Finepics, have you got any? If so, I'd pick one. Davidsen has the set of hands but for the white 188. I am not sure about the silver hands of 196. I assume The Zigmeister and others could lume the hands and the dial.
What crown could be used?

Ooh, here it comes!
Oh, am I not allowed? I've checked the rules and didn't see anything about it. If I missed it, my sincere apologies.

Marco is correct, as usual. The rainbow effect (Newton's rings) is probably due to a poor glue job. More reading for those interested in the science: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newtons_rings
Ah, the famous Newton rings. You get them whenever the film you try to scan is not stretched enough and touches upon glass. Nasty things, foul things!

Guys,
Where could I buy a rather accurate crown and a brushed steel guard for PAM111H?
Oh, I wanted to add that I know Davidsen and Palpatine have them but perhaps someone has a spare one for which I would not have to wait a month (until the next batch is distributed, etc)? Thanks in advance!

Did it come without a bracelet? I can't believe that. or did you just want to keep the braclet for some reason and sell the watch?
Oh, it's a long story. But I needed the bracelet. As such, the watch has never been used. Aside note, it is the blue version, not the black one.

Greetings,
I've got a new Omega Seamaster Pro with Swiss ETA without bracelet - the watch only. It's the one sold by Andrew and Joshua.
I really like it.

Guys,
Where could I buy a rather accurate crown and a brushed steel guard for PAM111H?

Ah yes, I came across that store. But how well these cushions compress?
-
I'm confused as to how a cushion can put pressure on a bracelet. But either way, there are boxes where the watches lay flat in drawers instead of wrapped around cushions.
The one I had wasn't "fully" cushioned. Rather, there was something hard (plastic perhaps) inside with a thin layer of something spongy covered with nice fabric. It looked pretty and kept its shape nicely but it would only give a few millimeters. It wouldn't compress enough for my bracelets. Thus, I am looking for a box with cushions that compress a good deal.

I am looking for a nice, wooden watch box for about 6-8 watches. There are many nice and affordable boxes on Amazon, for example, but there is a problem. I have a fairly small wrist and need a box with soft cushions that give in easily. Without seeing these boxes in person, I can never be sure how soft their cushions are. I used to have a nice box that, sadly, had very stiff cushion that put way too much pressure on my bracelets. Has any of you come across a box might suit me?
