It was running for about 4 days then it stopped working at about 6:10pm.

My new asia movement in my Breitling Bentley GT stopped running yesterday

LOL, Thats why I am getting a clear caseback watch next. You have to admit all those little gears spinning look so intriguing!

Good News!!!!!! I got it to work. I put the watch to 6 o'clock and everything adjusted fine. Thank you so much everybody. If I knew how to take pictures that didnt come out a blurry mess I would proudly post a pic of the correct day time and date! The watch is excellent and I would like to add the the lume is decent too.

I rather not have to go that route cause it will take too long. Another thing I noticed before I even touched the crown was the sound. If u shake the watch sometimes u can feel the wheel spinning and u can slightly hear and feel it vibrating. other times it doesnt do it. Is this normal of the movement? It almost feels like there is a wheel unscrewing that is about to fall off.

I am not really pushing. If I feel resistance I stop immediately. I dont feel as I mishandled the watch. I got the watch from Trustywatchguy. I think the watch is absolutely gorgeous, I like it better then my genuine Rolex!

Ok she is gonna wait until 6:00pm today. Unfortunately I think the damage is more extensive because the hour and minute hands have stopped moving. Surprisingly the second hand in the subdial is still moving. I am affraid to try and enable the pushers.

Oh No!!! That is super disappointing. I did adjust the watch at about 10am today. I wasnt aware of such a thing. I dont feel like waiting to get a new one, I really want to wear this one now!!! If the movement is this delicate, some people might want to reconsider purchasing this watch.

Update! I think I just made matters worse. While moving the day of the week it just kinda haulted and froze in between Wed and thurs! It feels like there is a lot of pressure on the crown so I dont want to push it too hard cause it feels like it's about to snap! What can I do? Help? I wanna wear this beast

I am having trouble setting the date on the Bently Gt I just received. I set the time and day of the week, but I cant move the date wheel. I am under the impression that you move the crown in the opposite direction to change the date as opposed to the day. THe day moves fine but when I move it in the opposite direction I get a ruff clicking sound, is the movement defective? Sorry I know it sounds confusing, only someone who is familiar with the mechanics of the movement will understand.

I have a classic black sub... Who doesn't? I never have to think twice about it, whatever I am wearing it matches. Now there are some trendier watches such as the orange planet ocean, and the New bently GT Burgundy. ANyone who is more fashionably inclined please feel free to chime in. What are the rules? are there any rules? I am really itching to buy this watch, it is gorgeous RED BENTLY GT Would I have to wear a red outfit to wear something like this? I am mostly in jeans and a standard white or black T-shirt, will I have to reconsider and get a white or black dial?

I noticed the opposite. My genuine seems to have a yellowish hue to it, while my rep is closer to the white spectrum. The difference is minimal, and a virtual non issue in spotting a fake. I have to put both of them on my wrist and stare to see a difference. I might add that I never did see the original shine of the rep, as I had it shipped straight to RBJ for polishing. Now you guys got me paranoid! Someone is stating that the reps have a yellowish tint, and the gens do not! Am I gonna have to take this to another Rolex dealer and get this checked out? Whats the probability of a jewelry store selling a rep as a genuine? does this sort of thing happen? If I take the watch to a Rolex AD how much will they charge to let me know if it's real or not?

On a lighter note... I was wearing my new watch, and I realized how close it was to the replica. Upon further observation, I noticed some scuffs! How could this be???? Wait a minute, How did my replica get on my wrist? True story it happened yesterday. I must have accidentally switched when I was holding both of them up to the light trying to see the etched crowns!

Being oversensitive, and sticking up for yourself are 2 totally different things. I was misinterpreted and at first every one jumped on me. Perhaps it was my fault for not being clear, and attempting sarcasm over an internet forum. This is not a case of oversensitivity, I chalk it up to a misunderstanding. I was raised and was encouraged to stand up for myself. My mother always used to say "If you dont open your mouth for yourself, nobody else will." I am sure everyone on this forum can relate to this in some form or another. With that, I thank all the people for the kind words on my new watch. My post count has increased by 400% hopefully I am more credible now!

I think most of you who attacked me realized that you were a little quick to, and jumped the gun. I was merely trying to start a conversation, and I attempted to do so by joking. The personal attacks are still unwarranted. "Tjgladwriter" you cant help yourself, you feel the need to attack me on a personal level. Again and again, you just cant stop! What is the problem? If I told you that you have a small wee wee, would that make you feel better? Is that what you are looking for? It's almost laughable, because you relentlessly attack me then state it's only about the watches. With every post, almost as I feel you are trying to make good you have to throw in a personal insult. I think you need to realize that what you initially thought of me was an error, and you either need to desist attacking me and apologies, or just leave it at what it is now, and forget about it. I am glad that you did admit that I did not try and personally attack you anonymously over email. I implore any moderator webmaster to look for something negative about me on any board. Do you think my grand scheme of plans was to register 5 months ago and become a troll?

WOW,I cannot believe how foolish a lot of you people are! LOL LOL, Moderator do your thing and ban me! We are in communist china after all. I smell a great deal of arrogance in the air, some of you are so sensitive and insecure when you even begin to feel threatened you go on the offensive. Why dont you re-read my post? Do u sense a bit of sarcasm? Do you feel that maybe it was meant as a joke? As far as knocking me for 2 posts, I am more of a lurker rather then post everyday. How many posts do you want from me? Should I come here and post at least 5 a day? As far as doing investigative work on me, I will do it for you. If you look at my join date you will see I was here from practically the beginning, how old is this forum again? I was registered at RWG over a year and a half ago and at the replica collector from august of 05. I have bought from and supported dealers that most likely fund this forum one way or the other. I just bought my first genuine Rolex! I think I am already turning! Thoughts of reps being bad are already flooding my brain! OH NO, NO TURNING BACK, HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This afternoon, I called RBJ to ask him about something we spoke about a few weeks ago. Mrs. Redbigjoe picked up the phone and informed me that he is ill again. She asked me if I can leave a number so he can call me in a few days or call back. Basically I am just letting everybody know that he is indeed sick again, and wish him well on a full recovery. He was the subject of criticism a month back, but he bounced back and made everything right again. Hopefully his health stabilizes, he is a very valuable asset to this community that a lot of people take for granted. I am looking for a part and he spent over a good hour on the telephone with me discussing different options, and he is using his resources to help me locate this hard to find part. In addition he is not making any money off the part, and the time spent with me on the phone, and the time spent on him making calls to his people trying to locate this part are not even worth it on his end. In todays day RBJ is a rarity, there are not too many genuine people such as himself left. <--- "genuine" No pun intended
