one thing i was pretty amazed by was the amount of automation in the process. I always pictured these older european gentlemen hunched over a workbench grinding and filing away at parts to make them fit just so, going blind from looking through a loupe day after day. I feel like i peeked behind the curtain, or caught Santa Clause dropping off the toys...

mate, not to be a downer but that's illegal. You can't touch or get this close to green sea turtles, specially if done in US waters. That's considered harassment under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.

Really? that's great to know, I'll keep that in mind if I'm ever snorkeling in US waters. This picture however, was not taken in the US, and we observed all local laws and guidelines when dealing with the ocean wildlife.

Seems rather silly to be pointing out potential illegal activity on a website dedicated to the hobby of collecting illegal goods.

i think it's the Ulysse Nardin Maxi Marine Diver Monaco that some of the dealers carry, though I could be wrong. Looks like it's got some insane AR on there!

I had no idea there were other RWGers in cali! I'm in norcal, but I make it down there many times throughout the year. Heading that way next week in fact to visit Riverside.
