Hi I am a pretty new to this I have bought from silix perfect clones and trusty The later two do always seem to be so much more expensive than silix What's the deal ? Are silix high end reps inferior to josh and Andrew ? If I am asking a question that gets asked over and over please nuke Steve

I am new to this ; well I only have a dozen watches so I am in the embryonic stages of collecting :-) I REALY want a Navitimer rep ; does this news mean that the current top spec Navitimer is not worth getting ; as far as I can tell from reading the main issue seems to just be around a sunken date ? Ooops sorry for the edit I cannot seem to get the TD to acknowledge there is an issue - says the QC pics show all is ok

Hi there I have bought a watch from a TD - the end links are obviously incorrect as the movement between the end link and first link of the bracelet is so restricted that there is little to no movement Is it very obviously a problem and I have been sending pictures back and forth all morning. it has taken about 20 emails for them to acknowledge there is a issue The TD has requested I return the watch at MY expense is the normal practise ? for me to pay for a return for faulty goods at my expense ?

Ahh thank you for the pic . well I disconnected the strap , and it seems the profile of the end link prohibits that much movement .... :-(

Hi Today I got my 297 rep on a new SS strap I have really small wrists and the end links seem to have no movement on them at all making the watch even taller !!! Is this lack of movement normal ? I share the same sentiment ; if it isn't the right strap it should not be on there ! So I will leave as is ; I guess I was hoping that maybe there was some crossover Perfect excuse to buy a gmt ii I think !!!

Hi all This is a breitling navitimer rep with a screw together 7 link bracelet I am having a real hard time opening the clasp ; is it supposed to be that small a gap ? There is no way I get could my finger tip anywhere near the buckle to open it ; so I have to pull it open from the sides .. So I am very new to this hobby . only a couple of months in .... bought about 10 watches straight off - Faux Chrono jobbies / Quartz reps - all sub $110 watches .... Now I am selling them off and already ordering $250 - $300 watches !!! at first I thought, oh well there cheap enough its just a bit of fun .... and now its .... oooo I like that lume ...... ooo those hands look better ---- ooo that strap is much nicer ..... .. oh dear ........... time to start hiding things :-) Familiar story Im sure !! Hello ... I have a GMT with a blue/red bezel ... and the strap has exposed fine adjustments on the clasp I notice than later watches ( not necessary GMT ) have straps with hidden fine adjustment holes Would a GMT have ever had this strap ? I much prefer the hidden holes .... S

Hi all On web sites like silix they advertise economy and better quality watches .... I understand about movements but was wondering generally ,,,,, would say a $110 watch have the same case and strap as a $300 watch ? or is the difference purely the movement / working chromo etc etc Thank you S

HI there I am new here, done a lot of reading, and decided to go with Silix Prime as my TD In just a couple of months I know have 12 watches :-) I would like to sell on 4 of them as they are just not quite what I had in mind and as such are unworn... What would be the best thing to do ? there are only cheap watches, so hoping to find someone in the UK that might want to buy them for What I paid less £10 - £15 or something like that Please help ? I just don't know the best way to go about selling them I have 2 Rolex , 1 Breitling and 1 Tag Thanks Steve
